Nikken International Reviews 

Anyone thinking of buying a Nikken product that requires replacement filters should not do so at this time, whilst their is no clear path to purchase replacements. An expensive Nikken water filter or air conditioning machine is useless without replacement filters.

Nikken has withdrawn from UK / Europe and there are no filter replacements available (no mention of that on their website).

Filters are purchased from Nikken agents. They are no longer available as UK / European Nikken agents won't have accounts anymore. There are some vague assurances from Nikken agents that in future Nikken will set up a mechnism. Why didn't they do that already ?

Nikken has some good products such as the water filter but the machines / products are not cheap. Nikken have always been challenging to deal with and have an elevated opinion of their worth. Their business set up was alwaya difficult to deal with as a customer. Customers are left with the feeling that they and the agents are doing you a favour in dealing with you.

They really have it wrong, which is why their business reduced in Europe / UK. The current situation appears typical of the way the company is / was run. I bet no apologies or response from them.

Replacement filters quickly sold out on news that they won't be trading in Europe. This will result in filters becoming even more expensive, if they ever become available again. On Amazon US, filters at nearly three times the price. On Ebay in UK, they are selling for x3 times the price. Nikken former agents buying up the existing stock and profiteering ? (Why didn't Nikken limit to x3 or x4 per customer).

Current / past customers of Nikken are being left high and dry. The company appears to be very poorly run with little regard / consideration for their previous / existing customers. Poor practice from a 'premium' wellness company.

Customers for water or air purifiers are advised to look towards other water filtering and air conditioning products and solutions.

Nikken’s dietary supplements always deliver as advertised. I take the Jade Greenzymes and Mens Daily supplements. Whenever I run out, I have noticeably less energy and miss having them. I’ve never been disappointed with their products.
