PUBLIC WARNING FOR CUSTOMERS OF NIKOLA…

PUBLIC WARNING FOR CUSTOMERS OF NIKOLA BRUSSELS
I want to share my experience after purchasing a Tesla Model S (VIN ...002) for €60,000. The company provided me with a written assurance of "no structural damages." Unfortunately, after the purchase, I discovered the truth:
A non-original, poorly installed front windshield.
Broken interior components (A/B pillars).
A manufacturing defect in the seat, confirmed by an expert appraiser.
Since I reported these defects, NIKOLA BRUSSELS has adopted a tactic of complete silence. They have ignored my emails, phone calls, and even the official Final Pre-Action Letter sent on January 26.
Is this how you treat every customer who leaves €60,000 with you? Is ignoring problems and waiting for the matter to go to court your official policy? Potential customers, be warned.
