Disappointed

We purchased this product from Amazon.de, which says:
Olive Oil 5L from Crete, Greece - "NIKOLAOS" Premium Quality, Rich in Polyphenols, Extra Virgin Cold Pressed. New Harvest: 2025/2026 Apr-June 2027
After reading that this olive oil is a new harvest: 2025/2026, April-June 2027, we decided to buy it. When we received it, we were surprised to find that there was no production date, only an expiration date of 06.06.2027. When was it produced???? We did a tasting - there was no burning sensation in the throat. We are very disappointed.
