Excellent customer service

Excellent customer service, had a small issue and it was corrected the same day 😊

Absolutely awful customer service

Absolutely awful customer service, I returned the oils as they were too strong and wasn’t compatible with my diffuser , still waiting for refund after returning them by tracked and signed post , numerous emails and a telephone call, all promises that a refund is being processed but still isn’t in my bank. Wouldn’t trust this company.

Misti is a very nice product, Company is SUPERB!

Misti is a very nice product, works really well and comes with essential oil product which I got on SALE. My special shout out though to Mr Tyler and the whole company. I have encountered a delivery issue with the first product and contacted the company, they were very gracious and resolved the matter immediately. Would recommend buying from this company again. I am forever grateful for your generosity. Thank you very much and I wish your company all the best.. Delivery was quick via Royal Mail. Quality of the product is superb!

Outstanding customer service …

My package was lost (not due to Nikura - it was Amazon) and they sent me a replacement order immediately. Very impressed with the customer service I received. The oils smell beautiful too and the scents last a long time using my oil burner. Thank you so much.

All bottles were sticky

All bottles were sticky. Nothing had leaked, although 1 bottle didn’t have the same snap to open.
There was no oil residue or scent in the box, just sticky label, like the glue had gone off.
