Scam- would not recommend

I hired Nile Operations in February 2024 to manage my Amazon store, trusting them with over $42,000 to purchase inventory and manage my store. Unfortunately, only a small portion of that money appears to have been used to buy products, while the rest remains unaccounted for.

In January 2025, my store was deactivated due to missing receipts and shipping documentation required for authenticity verification on 15 items. Despite numerous emails, texts, and calls to Samantha, there has been no response, leaving me unable to resolve the issue or move forward. As of now, my store is completely empty, cannot operate, and I am unable to shut it down until this issue is resolved—a resolution that seems increasingly unlikely.

I managed to dispute some charges on my credit card and recover a portion of my investment, but this entire experience has proven to be a total scam. I would strongly caution others against working with Nile Operations.

We have used Nile 7 months

We have used Nile 7 months. Niles customer service was quick with anwers and insight. They always went futher then I asked them too. Their answers were helpful and insightful. Also they were very quick with receiving, handeling and sending out our products.

Nile Operations is wonderful

Nile Operations is wonderful. They run my business and make it successful. Their customer care is always prompt in responses and quickly takes care of what I need. They are professional with me and the people I work with. Their logistics team is spot on. I highly recommend this company.
