Fantasic delivery service
Ordered Jet washer, was expecting 3-5 day delivery, within two hours i recieved a dispatch email, less then 24hours i was washing my cars. Brilliant purchase. Either the warehouse staff were really bored or they are really that quick at getting your order out. Needless to say excellent service start to finish,

I experienced a problem with my machine…
I experienced a problem with my machine after four and a half years. My machine had a five year warranty and after contacting Nilfisk they have agreed to replace the machine.
The process was very easy and my dealings with Szymon was very positive and professional.
I would rate this company and their products very highly.

2year review, avoid this washer.
We have owned this C110.7 pressure washer 2years now and it is the Mircosoft of pressure washers, poor design with constant proprietary failures. We have just replaced it with Makita HW101 for half the price and far superior in every respect. After 2years test drive this is not an impulsive review, it really is that bad.

Still waiting a month on for the repair…
Still waiting a month on for the repair and return of my (premium 200) pressure washer. Machine was 1 year old and just sprung a very bad internal leak. Customer services (when they respond) just keep saying a few more days… Enough is enough!
Update: still waiting for repair. Word of advice - DO NOT BUY DIRECT FROM NILFISK, BUY FROM AMAZON OR SIMILAR. I KNOW OF OTHERS THAT HAVE HAD THE SAME ISSUE AND AMAZON HAVE SIMPLY REFUNDED. WITH NILFISK DIRECT YOU ARE IN FOR A LONG WAIT - CHECK OTHER SERVICE REVIEWS!

A great pressure washer
A great pressure washer. Well worth the money and with a "non plastic pump" unlike the yellow brand, it won't let you down. Like the 10 year warranty on the machine. Highly recommend!!! 👌

Fast delivery , great 10 years guarantee love it , it’s my second one first one still works but gave it to son who needed one.
I used to buy only “ the yellow ones” which only lasted just after a year when guarantee expired I had 4 all rubbish.
