Ordered a phone case on 17th February

Ordered a phone case on 17th February. 3-5 days to deliver.
My son is so upset,as we are still waiting for it. £22 it cost,which isn't cheap,and he also bought it himself,so he's upset.
The company are not returning my emails now. And I've asked for a refund,ao he can buy another elsewhere. Or even to send another.
The online chat wasn't much help either.

This company is a SCAM!

Please do not buy anything from this company. i suspect that they are scamming customers out of money, sitting behind a flash website. I purchased a charging station in December. When he product arrived it made such a loud buzzing noise when charging that i could not use the product. it has been impossible to get a refund or replacement product and so almost 4 months on, after countless emails, lies from Nillkin and an inability for anyone to deal with the complaint i am investigating my position legally simply because i do not want anyone to be scammed out of their hard earned money for cheap, potentially dangerous products!

AVOID

Ordered the phone case with the sliding camera protector. When it arrived the colour was not as shown on the website and the sliding camera protector is impossible to use once the case is actually on the phone. I have emailed them to arrange a refund as directed on their website, but not receiving any response.

Update: I did finally receive a response. The customer service team went to great lengths to tell me how difficult it would be to arrange a return, as they don’t have a site in the UK I would have to post it to China, at my own expense, with no guarantee of a refund as the item was ‘likely to be lost or damaged during transit’. I pointed out that their website offers a 60 day money back guarantee and was offered a no-return refund of the princely sum of £2.50. I accepted just to not have to deal with them anymore.

Ordered and immediately received email confirmation, everything looked fine, 3-5 days shipping, checking tracking, (you need a Batchelors degree in nuclear physics) to find the correct company! absolutely no updates. email their customer services and total silence, well done Nillkin,

Total scam.

Total scam.
There are no magnets on the “magnetic” case. After peeling away the stickers, the area that’s supposed to be magnetic is just slightly sticky; it is not magnetic. I have been emailing back and forth with customer service for a week. They are no help. I am going to dispute with my credit card company.

Customer service is terrible

Customer service is terrible. They absolutely will not refund for a faulty item. Postage from the Land o'China takes ages.
They just keep offering a replacement that I don't want. I've been going round and round in circles for months. I want my money back!!

Company is deceiving their customers with false shipping information

For gods sake man its 2025, you should have warehouses based all around the world to improve your shambolic dispatch & delivery service for your products. Why couldn't you inform me beforehand that my product was going to be shipped from China???

Misleading website

Misleading website, expedited dispatch 3 to working days, but it’s going to take a lot lot longer to receive your order, and don’t waste the electricity emailing them, you’ll only get an automated reply bleating about how busy they are. Avoid this company at all costs.

Beware, it's shipped from China

Ordered a case and after 8 days is still in China according to the tracking link. I didn't know that the case is shipped from China, otherwise I would have ordered cheaper from another seller from China. On the website it's not specified that is shipped from China and that will take weeks to arrive. The product should be shipped from UK.
The 3-5 days delivery is a lie.
Buy from somewhere else.

Ordered on 6th August

Ordered on 6th August. Still hasn't been dispatched as of 16th August. Almost €40 for the case. Asked for a refund and they said that they will refund me 10% if I was patient. It took me 3 emails to them before I got a reply after a few days. I wouldn't mind the wait if the website or a follow up email explained there would be one but after reading other reviews, I'm sceptical whether I receive anything at this point. Unfortunately, I made the mistake of ordering before checking Trustpilot.

Update 21 August: Two weeks on and item still not shipped. Customer service has offered a screen protector to compensate. Told item MIGHT ship next week. Still not acceptable. If they haven't got something in stock, they should state it on the website whereas it stated 5-8 days expedited shipping. Wouldn't have a ordered if I thought I'd be waiting a month (by time it arrives) for a case that I could have ordered from China for 10% of the cost. My reasoning for paying extra was to have it sooner.

Update 28th August: still hasn't been shipped. Over 3 weeks ago it was ordered and no reply to my previous email sent to them.

I received a full refund but it's taken a lot of emails to get to this. For that I've added a star🙂. Lesson learnt.

AVOID. Website falsely claims delivery timescales. Most items not in stock.

I ordered over a week ago. Still haven't received my item. Emailed customer service 72 hours ago. No response. Ignoring me. I'm starting to think Nillkin are scammers.

UPDATE

Received an email apologising after I left this review. They informed me the item is out of stock. I requested to cancel but they again have not responded. There website still shows it in stock and they are still selling the item. Underhand tackticks and false promises showing on their website. Avoid as they lie regarding delivery timescales.

Refund fiasco - August 2025 update…..

Thought I’d update my review…….“Since the end of March 2025, I have been trying to return an IPad Pro case. Having sanctioned the return for refund, all I am waiting for now, is to be given an address to send it back to, but numerous emails have simply been ignored. How difficult can it be?!

The moral of the story is don’t buy anything from Nillkin unless you are 100% sure that you won’t want to return it for a refund!”

So, it’s now the 4th August 2025 and would you believe that I’m STILL waiting for the elusive return address. As before, my emails are being ignored, so my advice now would be to not buy anything from Nillkin. The case is expensive for what it is and their Customer Service is worse than useless!
