Falsely advertised goods!

Orthopedic sandals were nothing like those advertised, terrible quality. Refund offered of 30% unless i returned item to Macedonia for a full refund. Not cost effective ! Would advise no-one to order from this Company, the item I ordered is still bring mis-sold on their website!

Very poor customer service

Very poor customer service. Had to return the item BUT as it had been posted from abroad, unknown to me- North Macedonia - I had to pay for the postage. Not cheap + very disappointed.

I was having problems with swollen feet

My granddaughter introduced me to your orthopaedic flip flops and it opened up a new freedom for me.
I would recommend them to anyone who is having problems getting regular shoes to fit, due to swollen feet.

Nilnook con company

I ordered a pair of orthopedic shoes that have not been delivered.
After attempting to contact a non existent customer service team several times I now believe nilnook to be a con company not a real business.

STAY CLEAR

Do not deserve 1 star.
Bad quality, bad returns, just BAD.
Have been advised that I can return the "orthopedic sandals" at my own postal cost or can accept 20% refund and keep them. The company is in Macedonia. The postal cost outweigh the returns value (£30).
Dreadful company.

Like to have given them No Stars
Absolute con!!! The sandels I purchased were nothing like they were described online.. cheap flimsy very poor quality 29.99 how they coild say that they had discounted them by 70% is complete rubbish. Trading standards needs to have a good look at this company.. also the returns policy is a joke... DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY mybrefund was £9 and they said I
could keep the shoes that didn't fit and were crap ..

Stay well clear of this company

If l could score a zero l would. Basically this company is based in Macedonia not the UK. If you receive goods that are unsuitable or do not fit you have to return to an address in Macedonia at your own expense. The sandals l ordered did not fit properly and were of poor quality but the cost of postage came to almost the cost of the refund. I was first offered 30% of the cost if l kept them and l refused the offer. Then l was offered 40% and long story short l finally obtained a 50% refund after l made a complaint to PayPal. I will not be ordering from them again but l may well report to trading standards as to all intents and purposes the company appears to be UK based.....company name is Nilnook UK. How is this allowed? They kept 50% of my money - the sandals l can only give to charity and hope that someone can wear them
