Their customer service is absolutely terrible—only an AI chatbot and a WhatsApp number that never responds.
I sent a complaint because my product arrived not only some part peeled off but also missing parts. Very low quality compared to the price we paid. I even attached photos to show the issue. After three days, I finally received a reply, but instead of addressing the problem, they asked me what went wrong… even though I had already explained everything in detail! Unbelievable.
it is simply impossible to get customer service
It's been over a month since I received the chairs, however one of them arrived with the wrong leg holes, also one of the legs was broken. I reported a defect after 7 days of trying to get customer service a kind person explained to me how to file a report but.. since then I have not received any response. so I wouldn't recommend you buy there if you don't like gambling

Nimara is not worthy of a star rating when it comes to customer follow-up regarding return policy
I am giving one star because it is not possible to give no stars. In June 2025, we placed an order for 10 dining chairs (Bella) and 10 seat cushions (Bella). In the following weeks, we received several emails with conflicting messages regarding the delivery date (delay), to which we responded – and Nimara (BE-NL) explicitly asked again and we also confirmed – that we wanted them delivered after 28/7, as we were on holiday and therefore not at home to receive them. Despite this confirmation from Nimara, they still deliver the order before our departure. We quickly unpack one chair, given the return policy, and find that it does not meet our expectations. Within the specified period of 14 days, we ask Nimara – in accordance with the procedure and using the email address listed on their website – for the necessary instructions regarding the return shipment. Their first response to this email was “how can I help you” – even though my question in the email was very clear – to which I explicitly asked again for their instructions for returning the item. After that, there was complete silence, despite our numerous attempts to reach them by telephone and email. Once the 14 days had passed, we received a response with the necessary instructions for the return shipment, telling us to click on a link and follow the instructions. When we did so, the system indicated that no orders had been found for this account and that we were therefore unable to submit a return shipment. We then tried to call you (tel +31 645140375) and send WhatsApp messages up to 25 times over several days/weeks. Only during one of these attempts did I get the chance to leave a message asking you to contact me. All other attempts were unsuccessful. A month after our email requesting a return, we finally received a reply, but it stated that the return period had expired. After repeated contact, Nimara failed to provide us with the correct information on how to return the products. This is a very difficult process and is not something we are used to with previous orders from other online shops. This is negligence on their part, poor customer service that is impossible to reach, and a one-off response after we had been trying to contact them for a month to return the products. It seems that they do not read emails or pay any attention to them. We do NOT recommend Nimara, as it is very tiring not to receive a response when we have followed the protocol stated online. This concerns an amount of approximately 700 euros that we expect to receive back.

Delivered cancelled order, wouldn't refund
We ordered a shoe cabinet but cancelled as the order was delayed for four months and we were on holidays when the delivery date was finally announced. Nimara, with their AI agent, confirmed the cancellation, the refund and wrote "that there is nothing else to do". However, while we were on holidays, the shoe cabinet was delivered anyways and we were informed by GLS to pick it up. As we still wanted the shoe cabinet we had already placed a new order, assuming the old one was cancelled. So we ended up with two shoe cabinets as Nimara was unwilling to be cooperative and a return would have cost us even more time to deal with them and with the customer care we weren't sure if we would have even been properly refunded (including delivery cost). Interactions with their customer service was either through their AI agent, which is quite limited in capability, or equally incompetent human agents.
