Attention - High costs when returning items
I wish I would've read the previous reviews before I placed my order. Would have saved me lots of trouble. The customer service is terrible and by that I don't mean the agents, I mean the company policies.
After measuring my feet and everything, I ordered a paid of Nimbl Ultimates and was so sure that they should be a good fit. But these shoes are so narrow, that it hurt just putting them on. Definitely no shoes for normals sized or a bit wider feet.
When I tried to return the shoes, the chaos began. Since it was over the holidays, I didn't hear anything from customer service for weeks and contacted them through every channel I found. Once I heard back about the return, there was no free return delivery - not even within the EU. So I had to pay 20€ just to return the shoes.
Since there was so much time between me being able to return the package and my order, I completely forgot to return a free promotional item which they placed in the box. Without telling me, they just charged me full price for this promotional item - which was another 20€. After my complaint they just send a link to their Terms & Conditions stating that they have the full right to act the way they did.
Seems like my case wasn't the only case where their policies led to disappointment and anger. Will definitely never order here again.
