Good platform, but terrible terms and conditions. They make cancelling unnecessarily difficult, and if you don’t cancel at least 30 days before your renewal date, they’ll automatically lock you into another year’s subscription.

So be very careful when you sign up and make sure you know exactly when you need to cancel!

Rolled the subscription on without consent, and then refused to cancel it. The law doesn't allow this, but Nimbus don't seem to be concerned with that.

Clare is brilliant at training - a real asset to the Team and looking forward to working with her moving forwards.

A company that does not care about its customers and only cares about making money. We signed up to two years and were very unimpressed with the software, so much so we have hardly used it.

My small project identification business has been using Nimbus since 2019. It is an excellent and cost effective tool, which allows us to quickly assess large portfolios of potential sites , then also allowing us to move into more detailed assessment if required. Outputs have been well received by clients.
Customer support is excellent, if there is a problem or a question, knowledgeable members of the Team can be reached on the phone quickly.

Nimbus is a must have for any architect / developer / planner in the UK, it has become a vital part of our office within the first week. Can't imagine working life without it now !
