I was looking to do a holiday let

I was looking to do a holiday let. I signed up to the pro service. I put an enormous amount of effort into finding the right properties, based on the data generated by PMI. Just when I was ready to buy, the company who let the properties already on PMI told me that their data was not at all true, they were only generating one third of what PMI said!!!

Very Poor Experience - Avoid

Unable to access account to edit details. Turns out after getting Barclays Bank Fraud Team involved, receiving the owners phone number (as there are no contact details on the site), it seems to be a business model of free subscription and then go silent on the customer in the hope that they forget to cancel. This has happened to me and despite trying to resolve amicably, they refuse to refund the 9 payments of £99 or £891 total, despite me having never used the services or logged into the platform post the free trial, yet they continued billing for 9 months. Avoid at all Costs

Definitely not the worlds leading property data website!

If I could give a minus I would! The data is completely mixed up and inaccurate, does not show "live" data as is states, the platform is 2-3 months out depending on which analysis you are using.

When questioned why this is, I was assured the first time that it was all correct, so when I continued to use the platform, I noticed that different data for specific postcode, is completely different on one page to another page, which should show the same analysis. Also the platform does now show up to date comparables or even let you view the property when trying to compare.

Again I mentioned this and the owner clearly does not like or able to take a bit of criticism.

People are paying to get quality analysis and as you state "live" analysis, which is not the case.
