Nim Exoress are tge worst courier…

Nim Exoress are the worst courier service going. I've had goods sent 3 times. First tine goods sat on the floor at the destination for 4 days.
Second time 10 kilos of perishable goods sent by Refrigerated delivery. Another 4 days late. The Refrigerated service was a polystyrene box and all the goods thawed and were useless. 2,650 Thai bait ruined. Third time. Another 4 days at destination sitting on the floor. 80 kilos in 4 x 20 kilo sacks. I'm 73 and I had to collect the goods myself and load my car. I paid 800 baht for delivery but I had to collect in person. I contacted Nim Express many times. They don't contact you. They just go silent.

Zero responsibility

My parcel sent by cold delivery service (food product), on the day of delivery we got a call from the driver to confirm the village name and address. Parcel was delivered BUT to absolutely different address, different village, different subdistrict and district, different zip code. Nim Express cs only said "parcel was delivered and someone received it". Probably they think I should be happy that "SOMEONE" received my parcel but not me, and it seems they don't care that I paid for the stuff and delivery to get it.

Parcel arrive in my town 08:30, but 2 days later nothing?

Package arrive within 2 days from Fang via Bangkok in Pattaya yesterday morning before 09:00 a.m., but then? No call and when I try to contact the call center (both numbers), I only get the automatic message and then the system hangs up, regardless of whatever option I press. The relevant phone number in Pattaya does not respond at all. Via email, their callcenter only offers lame excuses "that they have to do a lot of scanning, etc.", which does not explain why it takes them more than 2 full working days to deliver it from their distribution center in Pattaya to the customer in Pattaya. I am not living in a remote area. It shows that they are very badly managed in Pattaya and that they do not care about customer dissatisfaction after they have received payment. Very bad service.
Update: It took them 2.5 days until it finally was delivered. A few days later I got another parcel, which was delivered ~ 6 hours after it arrived in their warehouse in Pattaya. So, why did it take 2.5 days before? And by the way, no further response to my complaints by email received, except for their lame excuse as mentioned above. NIM Express does not seem to understand what customer service means.

Very slow delivery

Very slow delivery, most of their clients take advantage on this cheap courier company for sending it through receiver... example basketeer flower shop... they used this courier but it takes more than 5 days to receive it to the customer...I want to give minus 1 star to this courier company

Parcel delivery status.

Parcel delivery status.
Bangkok to Khon Kaen 28 hours.
I live one hour from Khon Kaen.
Then from Khon Kaen to Korat 12 hours.
Then from Korat to Mahasarakham which is home another 8 hours.
Why send it to korat first question. When the delivery address is Mahasarakham 1 hour away. Stupid for sure.
So now it sits in Mahasarakham how long for, no one knows.
Called service no answer all day.
Sent email, messaged back delivery box full. I'm not surprised.
Final thoughts. Delivery process CRAP. customer Service phone service no answer CRAP.
Incompetent, it seems this is all the staff.
I wish there was a zero star rating because that's what they world get.
This is also the second time this has happened.

UNIQUELY INCOMPETENT

Customers can deal with late deliveries. What they cannot deal with are LIES and lame excuses. At NIM Express, you get a veritable trifecta of terrible. And, while NIM Express shipments sit in warehouses for WEEKS while they tell you "Shipment is on the way!" competing companies, such as Kerry Express, are OVER-PERFORMING, delivering faster than promised, EVEN during the pandemic crisis. NIM Express is full of "I'm sorry"s and "I apologize," IF you are lucky to get a response at all, either by phone, LINE SMS, or email. Overall, NEGATIVE ONE STAR.
