If disappearing acts were an Olympic sport, Nine Casino would take gold. I requested a refund of CAD 1,080, and apparently CAD 905 has gone missing — somewhere between their system and Narnia.
Support keeps telling me to “kindly wait a bit longer,” which I’m pretty sure is the corporate version of “Abracadabra, maybe someday your money will appear.” I’ve asked repeatedly for the 23-digit Acquirer Reference Number (ARN) — the only real proof that a refund was sent — and silence is the only trick they’ve managed to pull off so far.
And then there’s the 10,000 CAD in winnings that vanished immediately after my account was verified, only to be locked away when they closed my account. Coincidence? Maybe. Funny? Definitely.
I’ve escalated the missing deposit to my bank (Monzo) and the Financial Ombudsman Service, and I’m documenting every excuse, screenshot, and timeline. My followers (yes, I run a small channel) are loving this story — it’s like a live magic show, but with my money as the disappearing rabbit.
Trustpilot, of course, is next. My previous review was flagged and temporarily removed, but after sending proof, Trustpilot reinstated it. So yes — even my review had to stage its own comeback.
The takeaway? Keep screenshots, ask for the ARN, and don’t let this disappearing act convince you it’s your fault. If Nine Casino ever actually processes the missing funds, I’ll happily update this review with applause.
Until then, remember: the casino might deal the hands, but I hold the cards. 🃏

Scammed 3000 euro
Been trying to verify my account for more than 2 months.
Initially, all my account was verified, then when I wanted to withdraw, they started asking for more and more documents. I provided everything and they once again fully verified my account.
Then I tried to withdraw one more, but they decided more documentation was required. The problem is that they are asking for a bank statement with visible cryptowallet replenishment transactions, which just doens't exist, since I don't replenish my cryptowallet with my bank. I've been telling them this for over two weeks, and they keep on asking for the same thing.
My money seems lost, they don't hear, looks like they don't want to pay. I just lost 3000 euro.
