Complete scam phishing site. Still after six months continue to get scam shipping emails from Ninelife...giant scam, sold my info to scammers, never sent what I ordered...India based responses from so called customer care people..its anything but

Read Swapnil’s response to my complaint about receiving phishing emails from scammers who try to get information by pretending to be from NineLife, Ninelife, etc. (all the same people) .. because HE SELLS OUR EMAIL ADDRESSES TO THEM:

“The email is not from our company” LOL

I received 3 out of 9 pieces ordered and paid for. What A JOKE
I believe this vendor is selling his customers' email addresses to scammers such as fake shipping companies that ask for personal information and charge money for tracking NineLife, Ninelife, etc.
THE same shop is under many different names, just slightly different spelling or different capitalized letters.. therefore Feedback for poor service can be ignored because as they say ‘your order is not from this Shop’.. with the same person ‘Swapnil’ responding to feedback for all of these shops.

His response to poor feedback is often the following statement: "there is no order corresponding with this review".

Does anyone have experience receiving a refund from Ninelife? I just returned an item and now I'm getting strange emails that says my order is on the way. I already received and returned my order

I purchased Frisk extra strong mints from Nine Life Canada. When the package finally arrived, it contained one small package. The price? $60.00 plus taxes and shipping. Because the pictures in the ad included a shot with 12 packs, and because of the price, I assumed l would receive 12 packs of mints. No. One small container for $60.00 plus! I left emails and phone messages at their 24/7 "support line" and did not hear back. Note: Items cannot be returned without first contacting NineLife. How can you do that when they do not respond? Beware this company!!

I would rate them a zero. A scam. My product never arrived. Correspondence always said it was still route. No response when I asked for a refund.

Customer service responded after I submitted a bad review. Unfortunately still terrible. They asked me if I’d accept a substitute product when I ordered energy gels. I said no. They sent the substitute product months later and now are saying they can’t refund me as it’s outside of the 14 days return policy. This company is fraudulent, do not order from them.

Update: This was my second review, because the first one was not resolved, so followed up. The response below is exactly the same as the response to the first review, so it is just an automated message as the review doesn't even respond properly to my review.

I should have taken the other negative reviews more seriously before I ordered from Ninelife.ca. They misrepresent product, take your money and then disappear (customer service gives zero response). The product that I ordered showed an image with 6 bottles of Hollander chocolate syrup - making it appear that if you ordered, you would be getting 6 bottles of syrup. The price appeared fair and equal to about 6 bottles of syrup so I ordered two - meaning 12 bottles in total. Instead I got two bottles! Why would I ever pay $295 for two bottles - a product that I know full well sells for roughly $30 each. Their customer service won't return my emails with any answer. A terrible theft of my hard earned money. RUN from this company as fast as you can. DO NOT TRUST THEM.

The product was packaged well, The only issues i had was that the tracking number was for DHL and it was going to be delivered by my local post service. Along with the address was not complete, which meant I wouldn’t receive my package. I spent a half day trying to track down who had my package. I will definitely order from them again, but make sure they input my correct mailing address. Happy with the product.

I was not aware about costum fees since I order on a canadian site. But I'm happy with the overall service and the products.

Very smooth transaction and customer service is too notch!

The product is good. It was, however weeks late in being delivered. It was meant for Christmas, ordered on Nov 27. Ninelife did not inform me of the projected delay until I wrote to ask what was happening in mid-December. I would have been happier if Ninelife had let me know about the problem earlier, as other companies do. Still, Ninelife did respond to my emails quickly, which was good.

User-friendly website and very quick delivery, I highly recommend this company.

It took a while to arrive and it arrived wet, but that’s the delivery service issue not nine life. Still have to try the product.
