I’ve never been this impressed with the way a delivery was handled. I never lost track of the goods till it was delivered.
Really Outstanding Service!

The price for the next care was really good and shipping was somewhat not too long

Easy to order. Fast delivery. But there was tape everywhere so it ruined thé boxes when I triied to open them. I ordered 3 boxes of tea and the package was wrap properly but when I opened the package, the 3 boxes were tape together and I had to destroy the boxes to access the tea bags. I now have 60 tea bags that no longer lives in the boxes.

Very reliable service, follow up from ordering till delivery, reliable service and very good products too.

I was able to open up multiple tickets to trace my package

Delivery arrived in reasonable time & the bottle was well wrapped in protective material. I like the product. My only suggestion for improvement would be to consider switching biodegradable bubble wrap or recyclable paper padding

The tea is simply great. Test is amazing.

Customer service was extremely attentive, in a timely manner, valued me not only as one more customer, communication was key. They even helped fixing my mistake when filling out my address. That made sure I received the parcel correctly. I am extremely satisfied and will be encourage to both order again from Ninelife and recommend it for friends.

I previously informed you of a less than desirable portion of my order for four bottles of Necta Sweet 1000. One of the bottles had all of the tablets 'glued' together making them impossible to remove from bottle without trying to pick them apart. Most of the tablets were broken up when this was attempted.
The other three bottles were fine, with no 'gluing' together.

Thanks for sending me the Ghirardelli chocolate product. It is a very fine treat. The experience was great.
