Second time lucky.

After the package originally failed to arrive, the company did eventually make contact and arrange for a second delivery which proved successful.

* The shipping method was unclear and ended up being sent by post, which I had to collect from my local post office. I only found out the parcel location after querying my order online

Great products, easy purchase experience but no tracking. Tracking would really help as the product takes a long time to arrive
