The customer service was fantastic
The customer service was fantastic! Second to none! I had that one issue where I think someone was trying to scam me (and through the company files they must have found my data, so I was afraid we were both at risk), but the customer service department took care of it. The only complaint I have is the time it took to get here.

NineLife went out of their way to support me
NineLife went out of their way to support me. The item I purchased unfortunately showed up broken. The delivery person had motorbike accident that caused the delivery to fall on the road and be run over by another bike. No one was seriously injured, but the item was broken. NineLife offered to ship a new item right away.
Great customer service, and great staff. I recommend using their services.
