My rating is actually no stars...I ordered what looked from the form a set of 10 boneless and skinless sardines for 57.50 euro plus shipping. The site is an Italian site, but I waited a month before I received a single sardine can, from the US, and had to pay 28 euro in customs duties. I thought it was a mistake and wrote to NineLife, but they replied I had checked "1" on the quantity, and that was that, one can. I recovered the email they sent me with the order record, but clicking on "Order" the screen message was "Site does not exists". I sent a third letter, but thir response is the same, one can (for Euro 57.50 plus shipping).

Order number IT-NL#P902717112, you sold me 8 BREVI brush, brand written in capital letters in your site, that’s not BREVI, but another brand. And you don’t want me to send back the product and refund my money. You are waiting time to pass and it took severa days to answer me, offering a discount, but as I said in the multiple mails, I want a refund. I feel ripped off from you and from your bad and unfair commercial practices. This is a very bad commercial behaviour !!!

Everything was ok, but toooo slowly

It takes a while to arrive, 10 days, but the product was as expected.

The service I received from Sahiba, was 5 Star. She is very professional, competent, friendly and extremely helpful. The time and effort she puts in is remarkable. She is very punctual in replying to her emails and creates an atmosphere of trust from her first mail right up to her last. She is a great ambassador for Ninelife.

I ordered Bolst's Curry Powder, which is very hard to find. The item arrived quickly and was well-packaged. I'm very happy with my purchase and look forward to ordering again.

The products are very good but have been delivered after almost 4 weeks and I had no information about this delay despite 2 mails to customer service to request information
