Wildly inaccurate sizing.

I followed the chart and used the fit finder on their website. I ordered two styles in their suggested size and the size up.
My suggested size I could barely get my leg inside for the jeans. The size up I could put it on but no way was it even close to zipping up. I would have needed another 2 sizes larger. I’m a standard size UK 14, and tried L and XL.
The trousers were also too tight and poor quality fabric. Even if I sized up further they wouldn’t be like the style you see on the website. Now I have to pay for return shipping and a complicated returns process despite following all sizing instruction on their website.

I ordered the tailored pants during the black friday sale. Waited 2,3,4 days, no email whatsoever about the order being sent. I emailed them and they told me there is an issue on stock of the product, so they canceled my order and refunded me. When i go check online, the product was still in stock so i guess it’s a miscounting of the number of discounted products available ?
Anyways, i was looking forward to the pants but didnt get it in the end, a bit disappointed.

One of my best jeans
I bought a pair of jeans and I usually never write reviews but these deserve a great one . They were just as soft as described , have ample stretch and the fit is amazing on a curvey body . Worth the buy !

Poor sizing and awful returns process
Very poor returns process. Be very careful of your purchase as sizing descriptions aren’t always great and the returns process is awful. No returns labels or details with goods. Charge for returns or offer a gift voucher but only when they inspect returns (goodness knows when) and complicated printing and returns process. I’m very upset I bought 2 trousers and ticked gift as now feel quite robbed as don’t want to shop with them again.

To clarify, returns from outside the EU do require additional paperwork, which can make the process feel more complicated compared to EU returns. Please rest assured that store credit is triggered as soon as your order is back in transit to us, not only after inspection, so you don’t have to wait until the item is fully processed.

Immense gratitude for Ninepine's excellent service!
Immense gratitude for Ninepine's excellent customer service (and a caution to others in US regarding tariff issues). After placing my order, I received a shipping notice from Ninepine - and then a notice from UPS that tariffs were due which I would have to pay myself before the item was released for delivery. I contacted Ninepine to inquire and within 12 hours they had contacted the carrier and resolved the issue at no cost to me, including proof of resolution with the carrier that all tarriffs were paid. Ninepine was easy to contact (email) and I was dealing with a real person whom I could contact directly. So, my pants are on the way (Asana, my second pair - know I will love them). Trust Ninepine, and if you encounter any issues with tariffs contact them right away.

Style with comfort
I bought the Asana Relaxed Straight Pant a few months ago I have worn them so many times already as they are the most comfortable & smart trousers I have bought for years. As I was so pleased with them I ordered another pair in a different colour straight away. I have now ordered a pair of Ninepine wide legged jeans. If you like style with absolute comfort these are for you.

Not worth the price
I’m specifically reviewing the ASANA line of trousers.
These are not worth €100!
I didn’t return them and I do wear them. They are comfortable, but the material is just not that great (on the positive these pants never crease, ever).
The major downfall for me with these pants is, I’m very slim but a have a slight ‘pot belly’ and these pants MASSIVELY accentuate my stomach.

While our Asana pants are designed to be versatile and flattering across a wide range of body types, we know that no single style will suit everyone perfectly.
Regarding pricing, these pants are produced by a Danish-owned and operated factory in Vietnam that is SA8000, GRS (Global Recycling Standard) certified. If you haven't heard of SA8000® before, it's basically like the Fairtrade certification but for factories. The standards are really important to us - fair pay, fair working hours, no use of child or forced labour, safe working environments, collective bargaining, no discrimination, and no inhumane disciplinary practices.
If you ever decide to try another style, we’d be happy to help you find something that might suit your preferences better.

Best leggings ever !!
After buying jeans, trousers and tops from Ninepine I decided to also try their sports leggings and I was not disappointed. I have been more than happy with all the items I have bought from Ninepine but these leggings are the best I have ever bought and I have tried more than a few and spend a lot of money on big name brands. I love these trousers! They are so comfortable and do not crease, yet feel and look so stylish. I have bought other trousers recently and they are way too long. I love these. I’m a fairly big bird and this is the first time I’ve felt comfortable in shorts for the gym. The 3 length options is brilliant. And they have pockets! They also don’t ride up when cycling. Highly recommend.
