This man is a scammer. He took 30knof my money and shut his website down

I was acting as a broker for my client and found this company through a professional recognized lender search that the industry uses......The gentlemen I dealt with Jerry Tang represented himself as the owner. He engaged with my client and I and issued a wonderful term sheet for 7% interest only 30-years......My client executed term sheet was told to pay $12,000 they did just that, we were told upon receiving the $12,000 loan would close........I then got told by Jerry, that my client will need to pay another $18,000 as they are going to use PPI and not conventional loan closing......my client paused as we did not know this person but documents did say full refundable, Jerry confirmed and so client sent another $18,000.........again no closing, at this point we started to worry......it got worse, Jerry said they would now need another $30,000 to close calling it a refundable security deposit.....My client said absolutely not....they offered to go to Reno in person and meet Jerry and said we will do this in person and bring money, Jerry said no, my client then said we will put it in escrow and we can close....escrow seemed like a great idea, again they were told no.....my client then exercised its right for a refund.......This was over 60-days ago........Jerry is no longer as responsive.....His website is still operational and I worry that this could happen to other people.......My client is convinced they have been scammed.....I still hold out hope that Mr Jerry Tang will do the right thing and refund the money.........I would not recommend anyone to do business with these folks up until I update this review to reflect that my client got there refund
