Not genuine...
On website it says its genuine key that can be used life time and is activated online, but they are not some keys are blocked completely and some you would need to call microsoft.
And if you would need to do a reinstall some reason, you cannot reuse it, even on same pc.

A bit of a frustrating experience
Download worked fine. I followed the instructions I was given to activate it but it didn't work either online or on the phone. Typed a message into online chat which indicated the typical response time was a few minutes. It was about 2.5 hours before I got a response! I was sent another key which worked. Rather frustrating experience

I have not been able to activate my office 2019 download, MS office 2019 support reported that the activation code was already being used.

Good product and price.
The product works well but I had to use the phone based activation when the internet -based activation wouldn't work. A bit fiddly but got there in the end. Now all seems fine.
