Poor quality, items that break quickly
Ive brought a Ninja 15in1, it broke after just over a year of use, with a burning smell coming from the device. It was replaced under warranty, the 2nd unit has now broken, within a year. The 2nd unit doesn't come with its own warranty so Shark won't replace it. These items are not cheap, they should not break so easily this is not only bad for consumers but is also part of a larger environmental issue. I complained and got offered 30% off but why would I want to place good money after bad when two devices have broken. I won't be buying from Ninja or Shark again, they obviously only care about money, not quality, consumers or the environment.
