No transparency on fixing bugs

I bought a plugin Ninja Forms - User Management and it didn't work from the start. I'm already committed to their products so can't back track now and just take a refund.

They've been aware of the issue for 6 weeks and still refuse to tell me when it's going to be looked at, not even fixed.

When asking for an update these are the literal responses I've gotten:

"Sorry I do not have an update."

"Not at this time"

That's it.

The other products work OK so I've giving them 1 extra star. But the customer support is a joke.

Ninja Forms is an AMAZING company and products

Ninja Forms is an EXCELLENT company to purchase and use WordPress contact form plugins. This company provided me with AMAZING support, their documentation area allowed me to find almost everything I needed. The price is excellent and the support is top-notch. I would HIGHLY recommend this contact form solution for any website developer or self-learner.
