Item arrived promptly

Paid £100 for a Ninja kettle and within 2 weeks of the two year warranty elapsing it stopped working. Totally unacceptable for a product this expensive. I contacted them last week to close my account and was told I would receive a response within 6 buisness hours, that was 6 days ago. It must be a nightmare waiting that long if a product has an issue. Hoping they reply to this review and I have a reference number to prove I have received zero reply

Honestly never had a unresolved problem shopping with Ninja ...not that I've had many only a couple but customer service sorted it straight away ...fast delivery and excellent customer service. Wish all companies could be more like Ninja in the last month alone I've purchased the outside woodfire xl connect pro and all accessories and last week i purchased the pizza oven and all accessories at a great price so I'm happy

Great experience. Wanted a particular machine and this was a good price. Ordered early one morning, delivered next day by courier at time stated without issue.

Website easy to use and follow. Packaging is strong and very fit of purpose.

The usual excellent service I've come to expect from Shark Ninja.
Next day delivery, easy to assemble and a brilliant piece of kit which blows our former Dyson V8 out of the water!
A printed manual rather than quick start guide would be helpful, but this is a minor criticism.

Problem sorted and item delivered quickly

Ordered new drawer for air fryer. Arrived next day. Great service

I had an issue with my air fryer and my vacuum. Both matters were managed beyond my expectations. Communication on the phone and email were prompt and very efficient. Speed of delivery excellent. I cannot praise them enough.

Next day delivery. Product was from the manufacturer, so it was a perfect fit.

The assistant was very helpful and solved the problem.
