We have had a Ninja Kettle for 21 months and had a problem with the base .Phoned Ninja and the gentleman was very nice and helpful, he said we would receive a replacement base within 5/7 working days. It arrived 2 days later.

Ninja 7 in 1 multi cooker is a unit that the only thing that works properly is the grill function.

I don't recommend buying a Ninja! My Ninja Model OL500C broke down after two years of use! It's absurd that a brand that, despite being of high quality, breaks down in such a short time. I called Ninja and they simply said there was nothing they could do. In my opinion, the product is of poor quality.

Had our power blender one week when the smoothie cup broke. A peg part came flying off and could tell there was supposed to be 2, but it was never there. Ninja would not honor the quality of their product for even a week. Made us purchase a new one.
Terrible policies and customer service
I ordered the correct replacement rack for my air fryer toaster oven, but received the wrong one. After I returned it, the email I received regarding my refund said they were refunding me for the rack. I called customer service to tell them they also need to refund me for the shipping, since this was their mistake. They told me it's their policy to only refund for the item and not the shipping, and that I would have to contact Federal Express to receive a refund for the shipping. What! I had to speak to a supervisor to get this straightened out, and even he quoted me the policy saying he was refunding me for the shipping as a "one time courtesy." I took issue with him calling it a one time courtesy under the circumstances. Now I'm waiting for my total refund, which will hopefully come.
Terrible customer service
Terrible customer service. My coffee explodes everything I make a cup of coffee. Ninja will not send replacement unless they watch me on video cut the coffee pot cord. Then I have to wait 7 days for a new pot. I offered to give my credit card number until I got new pot and then they could watch me cut it. Horrible will never order any Ninja product ever again.

While the products itself are great when purchased through reputable retailers, I strongly advise against buying directly from Ninja. My experience with their customer service was appalling they took my money, misrepresented shipping details both verbally and via email, and failed to deliver on their promises.
Worse still, they attempted to gaslight me by claiming a replacement had been issued, seemingly as a tactic to drag out the process beyond the 30-day return window and avoid responsibility.
Save yourself the frustration and purchase from trusted retailers like The Good Guys or JB Hi-Fi instead of dealing directly with Ninja.

Probably the worst customer service I have seen. I purchased a blender and it caught fire. Ninja Canada didn’t seem to be too concerned that it burnt my counter top and hand in the process. They have been extremely difficult to deal with and have not responded to my concerns. I would NEVER purchase anything from them again.
Poor quality
I have had numerous.erous Ninja products . Smart kettle ,17In 1 cooker and pots and pans . Biggest marketing gimmick under the sun . If you don't register your product for warranty they won't replace it . £100s of pounds spent and for nothing .

Never actually left a negative review for any company but I felt I had to for Ninja!!!
Bought a ninja woodfire 8 in 1 and from the beginning it was tripping off at the protection device on the units plug. This was intermittent and happened on high temps and low temps.
Was doing a low n slow cut of meat and it tripped of 4 times throughout the cook and had to finish it in the oven.
Contacted Ninja Australia to determine the warranty process and they immediately tried to blame my electrical installation.
The unit was plugged into a circuit with 20A RCBO and that never tripped, only the protection device on the Ninja plug would trip.
They advised I should have an electrician install an automatic voltage regulator installed by an electrician! Not once did they offer warranty support or a replacement, just blamed my electrical installation for the issue.
I advised I would be raising the matter to the Office of Fair Trading and they then said they’d offer a replacement IF I had an electrician complete an inspection of my electrical installation first!
There’s a reason the protection device on the plug was tripping and not my RCBO, because the fault was within their product, yet they want me spending money unnecessarily!
I ended up returning the product to the Good Guys who were fantastic and had no issues providing me a full refund on the faulty product as I told them I did not want a replacement because I don’t want to have to deal with their customer support team ever again, nor will I buy a Ninja or Shark product ever again!
Their customer support was atrocious and if I could, I’d give zero stars!

Yay Monday! Not.
So, got a new coffee machine; a Ninja® DualBrew Pro Specialty Coffee System. As it turns out, the base seems to be leaking so needed to get in touch with CS. So far, so good. Original lady helping was awesome and I pity her for her SUPERVISOR; some crotchety WEST INDIAN Benedict Arnold.
After working out that whatever needed a replacement and not a simple fix, I'm told that in order to get the replacement I have to cut the cord and take a picture... BEFORE the replacement is approved. That means that until they decide to send it; or relatively RELIABLE couriers decide to deliver it, we are without a machine. Instead of sympathy FROM THE MANAGE, I get rude repetition. Instead of understanding FROM THE MANAGER, I get rude repetition and over-talking as though my words don't matter and a telephone "delay" was blamed. Sorry. Idiot isn't in my job description and technology is my happy place. It wasn't delay it was RUDENESS.
While I love my People, those who think that because they got a big name job, they're suddenly better than anyone else, raise my ire.
Annnnyway. I got this, and there's huge reason that I'm surrounded by the people am, and married to the husband I'm partnered with and to.

Do not buy anything from this disgusting company. I placed an order through their website and payed this was in May. Since then they have totally ignored me. I have sent numerous complaints they raised a so called complaint ticket with a pretend number then continued to ignore me. I have replied back no less then 5 times to the email and all they have done is ignore me. SO they take your money and then ghost you what an absolute joke and total disgrace steal your money and then ghost you. I am now going to report them but the cost of taking action versus the product is not worth it which obviously that is what they gamble absolute disgraceful company with no morals or ethics at all Never ever oreder off their website it is a scam..
Ordered my oven nearly three weeks ago
Ordered my oven over two weeks ago, nearly three, still waiting. DHL scanned an attempted delivery, however I work from home and CCTV did not show anyone near my home that day. I reached out to DHL who said it was an incorrect scan and that my parcel was on the way, to which it still has not appeared. Normally couriers are quick, I order all the time from over east and never had anything take this long so I call BS on this. Someone is thieving the product or playing us all for fools as I see another person with a similar complaint to mine.
