Absolutely zero service

Absolutely zero service, stay clear of this mob.

On 25 Nov 2024 I purchased a Ninja XXXL FlexDrawer Air Fryer from their online store for $299.99.

I contacted them 3-times about an issue in the following 9 days and have had absolutely no response.
Update: 23 days later - still no response.

Worst customer service ever - buy from a store not Ninja

Worst customer service ever. Will never buy from them direct ever again. I have an issue with my Creami Delux, i contacted customer service, my original email has all of the required information including order number, a video of the fault, and my details. After nearly 2 weeks i get a response saying 'sorry for the delay and can we have your proof of purchase, your details and a video of the issue'!!! Soooo.... I send them all that information for the second time, now it's been another week and i've still got no response.

Further to my review on Nov.8, 2024 of Ninjakitchen.com, I contacted customer service agian on the 9th Nov.2024 trying to get through to a manger to advise of my review. I spoke with a customer service person and after explaining the problem she was able to reactivate my account and offered the product at the 50% discount. I recieved the product on the 11th Nov.2024 found that it was dented on one corner, works fine and is very usable.
Therefore I decided to keep the item eventhough it came with another one year warranty. I would have given a higher rating had it not been for the un-neccessary run around .

Bought an air fryer

Bought an air fryer, shop did not sell extra racks. Advised me to order from Ninja website. Nov 10, item in stock, ordered, paid & received confirmation. Ten days later still no notice of shipment. Asked what was taking so long. They said they’d be in touch. Next day I am informed I am getting a refund. They won’t even tell me why. Apparently it’s impossible to purchase accessories for my Ninja air fryer. Buyer’s remorse big time.

Very frustrating business

Very frustrating business. I regret to have purchased a product by them. For starters, they did not send invoice for the item I bought online. Then their website is unresponsive to login into. Asked new password and the never send the link (also not in my junk mail folder). By trying to register the product online, they don’t send confirmation of the process went through or if not. So one have no idea. Everything in the website if just unresponsive. In fact you can only reach the website to purchase, and after you purchase they cut you off of contact.
Indeed useless business to say the least.

Worst customer service and bad products

I bought a 14 in 1 air fryer that costed me almost 400 canadian dollars almost 2 years ago as a christmas present. Two days ago it simply stopped working, apparently the air fryer does not recognise that the lid is closed and does not start the programs. I called customer service and they did not know what the problem was and simply said that I should buy a new one because the 1 year warranty had expired. I would like to remember that I paid almost 400cad for the product, how come it stopped working and no one knows why???? Then they offered me to buy a new one with a discount but WHITHOUT ANY WARRANTY!!! How would I trust the company again if after I browsed more I noticed many people had the same issue and no solution? They are trying to sell me something new since they dont know how to fix their own products. If the same happens again then I would have to buy a 3rd one???? Ridiculous. I do not trust ninja prducts anymore and would not recommend it to anyone.

Placed order in August still hasn’t…

Placed order in August still hasn’t been for filled. After numerous phone calls with many a different story even a conversation with the ‘manager’ got a partial refund for the delay after a month wait. Now 3 months later still missing one part that the website says is in stock but I keep getting told it’s out of stock so they can’t supply it.
Love my Nina products but will never buy direct from them again! Ninja AU customer service is one of the worst

40 mins on call, 4+ agents, a hang up and no help

I just spent the past 40+ minutes on call with customer service the first agent had it all worked out and was ready to send me my replacement flavors to correct this situation but could not find the flavors so told me he would transfer me to an Ninja thirsti line agent with all of the information from our phone call and that they would take care of it, this next customer service agent tried her best but was unable to complete what the first agent promised to do and said she would transfer me to a supervisor, the next person I was transferred to was not a supervisor was apologetic and told me they would transfer me to a supervisor-- this would help the fourth person I spoke to in 35 minutes and I got hung up on during this proces.

I immediately called the customer service number back explained I just spoke to 3 people and was hung up during the supervisor transfer process, this agent was very helpful and told me she was transfer all of my information on to the next agent who could help find the correct flavors (as this all originates from a quality control issue) and send those to me only for this 5th and final person to tell me quite olajbly and simply NO we can't not help you even though the system I ordered it through (Amazon.ca) has told me in order to initate a refund or return process to contact Ninja Canada which is exactly what I have done.

Now I'm being told flatly Ninja will not and can not help me, this is at odds with what the first customer service agent told me and what at least 2 other customer service agents also told me they could and would be doing to rectify this error (why would they keep ask for me shipping address and search for the replacement multiple times). I find this really unprofessional and very poor customer service. I'll be selling my Ninja Thirsti system as I can't trust I will receive what I order and frankly am turned off of ordering from the Ninja Canada official website after this fiasco with customer service on the phone. I encourage someone to go over the phone calls placed and recorded with myself and the customer service representatives at Ninja as this is just flabbergasting to have my time and my money wasted in this way.

Ultimately after speaking I had 3 different customer service representatives tell me they had it all taken care of and would rectify this error and send me replacement drops in the correct flavor only to finally reach a supervisor and have them flatly and plainly in less than 30 seconds explain that no we won't and can't help you and couldn't explain why 3 other representatives just told me they would have this all taken care of or why I had to spend over 40 minutes on the phone to be given this poor answer to THEIR quality control issues.

Disappointed Product lasts 12 - 14 months

I purchased a seven and one ninja grill. The first one I got to use for under a year before the error “shut lid” wouldn’t go away. Because I was under the year, they sent me a new base. I have now used the new base for 15 months and the same error. You don’t spend three to $400 on a unit and expected to only last 15 months. Their offer to me was to pay 50% for a new one. Very disappointing that they don’t stand behind their product for more than their very minimal warranty. Will not purchase another ninja product

Air fryer stopped working at the weekend, rang on Monday morning and received a replacement unit by Tuesday afternoon, excellent customer service, will not buy any other companies product after this exceptional service ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

This site is a scam and a fraudulent…

This site is a scam and a fraudulent website. They send you a fictitious email acknowledging your order and payment then a link on 17.track for you to track your order. You keep tracking till you read that the item has been delivered to you and you don't receive any item.

You try to reach them and the email on the website for support comes back with undelivered emails. No one to call for your item or a refund. They dupe and scam you of your hard-earned money. Don't fall for it.

I ordered 5 items

I ordered 5 items. I never received one. They sent me a fake tracking number. I paid via PayPal to be safe but PayPal refused to refund me saying that the tracking shows delivered. I reported them to the BBB and to the police for theft. I was only out of $56 for all 5 items but still they should not be stealing.

Customer service love the customer service! is amazing

Customer service is amazing! I talked to a real person. Problem resolved immediately, a new replacement coffeemaker was at my door two days later. I didn’t even have to return the one to get the other. They knew the issue and resolved it right away without difficult chat talks or online ordering.

I am so disappointed

I am so disappointed. Myself and my husband we bought pans for almost 500£ and I am trying to register them as per advert but unfortunately is keep saying that the model is wrong and will not register! I tried all the pans and for all is saying same thing!

Terrible Customer Service

Terrible Customer Service. I went through the standard return process to return an item that was't correct and have only just recieved my refund a month and a half later, after numerous calls and emails. They are responsive, but completely ineffective. Eventually they refunded the money after threatening to post a very negative review - which they haven't avoided. If there is any chance you may have to deal with the CS team, avoid Ninja.

REALLY BAD AFTER SALES WORST EVER

ONE OF THE WORST CUSTOMER SERVICES I HAVE EVER DEALT WITH 9 PHONE CALLS, HOURS OF WAITING, CUT OFF 3 TIMES, AND THEY SENT THE WRONG PRODUCT 3 TIMES. ALSO THEY PUT THE WRONG ADDRESS ON MY RETURN, TWICE, AND THEY FAILED TO COLLECT. THEY SIMPLY DO NOT KNOW ABOUT THEIR PRODUCTS. CONFLICTING REPORTS FROM CUSTOMER SERVICES, IN, NEWCASTLE, ROMANIA, AND TIMBUCTOO, AND THE REST.

I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND NINJA, GOD HELP YOU IF YOUR APPLIANCE DEVELOPS A FAULT. THIS IS GOING TO THE ONE SHOW ON BBC.

Shocking Service: My Frustrating Experience with Ninja

What a terrible company to deal with! I ordered a product, paid in full, and was given an estimated delivery time of 7 to 10 working days. After 10 working days with no sign of my order, I sent a follow-up email, which was completely ignored. After 12 working days, I called to inquire about the status of my order. I spoke with a gentleman who seemed willing to help but had no information or update to provide. He promised to look into it and send me an update, but I never heard back.

We are now at 15 working days since I paid in full for my air fryer, and when I called today, the automated answering service told me there are no agents available to take my call. What is going on, guys? How can you be this bad at running a business?

Consider this a warning: I absolutely do not recommend dealing with Ninja.
