Super practical product

Super product! Take just a little place in the kitchen. Very very easy for use. Perfect for small kitchen, small familly, fast meal. My aspolut favorite thing is freshly backed buns for breakfast for my little daughter

Im fan of Ninja till today only !!!!

Im fan of Ninja till today . My multicooker I bought was broke blows up the plugs so I contact customer service they handled well - send me new one . Next few monts problem start exactly this same -electric blow. I contacted CS they send new base. TODAY I contacted CS because problem is repetable , this same model there is no replacement because is out of the warranty . Apparently the warranty not to set the clock after you received new product under warranty . So they offered 30 % only for full model . Readiculs I already have all accessories to this model . They said if you ant this model you can order without discount however is out of stock . !!!!!

2 years use for £250 and now I'll have to bin it and the new one failed after 2 months!

Purchased Smart Lid top of the range air fryer July 23. The fan stopped working 2 weeks ago so it won't 'air fry'. Checked the guarantee and it states 'cookware covered by a 10 year guarantee'. Ninja tell me that the 10 years applies to kitchen goods such as knives and that the guarantee period on air fryers is 2 years - nothing about 2 years on the confirmation email they sent me when I purchased - clearly says 10 years not 2! And what is an air fryer if it's not 'cookware'? Checked about trying to repair it myself and a professional repair engineer on Utube states 'that they always fail after a couple of years". Have found this with other Shark/Ninja products - a carpet cleaner that chewed up my carpets and a hand held vacuum that sounds like a jet engine! Will purchase another air fryer but avoid Ninja - I can afford to write it off but a lot of customers will have extended their budget to get a supposedly top level product to find they only get 2 years use! By the way the Ninja was used once daily for two people meals and cleaned assiduously so it's not down to misuse.

Have since had a response from Ninja confirming the guarantee period is 2 years. The guarantee confirmation from Ninja, when I purchased the item reads as follows ' here's a reminder of the length of your guarantee: Cookware is covered by 10 year guarantee' - should read 'Ninja do not consider a cooker to be cookware' so that the position is completely clear! A professional electrical repair mechanic worked on the same problem in a Utube posting and found a weakness in the cable which leads up to the lid and said 'they all fail after a couple of years'. Have binned it now and won't be purchasing any more Ninja or Shark products - the 3 separate items I've bought from their range have all given problems or failed.

As an update I purchased a replacement - same model because it's the only model that's fits into the kitchen space that has a large enough pot. This one lasted 2 months before the electronic display failed and am unable to set temperature or time. This time I purchased from John Lewis with the reassurance that they would honour the 2 year guarantee with an immediate replacement which I have just confirmed. dealing with ninja directly is a pain. Result? Ninja need to sort the electronics - one failed because of the lid wiring and one due to electronic fault - it cooks the food well and has the required capacity but it's a nuisance if, whenever you use it you're worried that a problem might arise! And order from John Lewis - they won't ask you to package it and return to Ninja for 'review' - you can take it to a store for immediate replacement.

As a second footnote - just unpacked the 3rd unit - read thru instructions carefully again - says ensure the anti clog seal is removed after each use and cleaned. Impossible to remove following the instructions. Checked online - the problems so prevalent they've got postings about it but it still won't come out. THESE EXPENSIVE AIR FRYERS ARE BADLY ASSEMBLED AND THE ELECTRONICS ARE HOPELESS! Try another brand unless you want to be continuously repackaging and returning the product to Ninja for their month long 'investigation' - a suggestion Ninja - investigate them properly before you export them!

To clarify, the 10-year guarantee applies exclusively to our cookware range, while all electrical appliances, including air fryers, carry a 2-year warranty as stated on our website. Air fryers fall under kitchen appliances rather than cookware, which is why they do not qualify for the 10-year guarantee. We understand how this distinction may not have been immediately clear, and we’ll make sure your feedback is passed on internally.

Ordering from this website was a mistake

Ordering from this website was a mistake . I ve lost Ciupek of days waiting for the Company to send me product I ve bought from the website . After couple of days they canceled the order without a reason and didnt want to realize the order . The person on the phone was really nice , but the rest not .
