Good quality but prices in Italy too high
I really like Ninja's quality, the blenders work perfectly, and I was hoping to buy the 4.7l air fryer. Since I am currently in Italy I checked the price here, and to my surprise this air fryer is sold on the Italian market for an average of 120 euro (in your e-shop 129.99 euro), while everywhere else in Europe it is sold for an average of 90 euro (in your e-shop 99.99 euro). So I simply won't buy it, kudos for the marketing strategy!

Purchase was ok, but after a few days of usage the blades suddenly lost their ability to properly cut.
It seemed very low quality for the price paid.

Great customer experience and product
Great experience with the call center (Bartolini damaged the package), they immediately sent me the new one. And I love Ninja flexdrawer, very convenient to cook 2 dishes at the same time, or one bigger dish. Overall amazing experience both with purchase and with the product 👍🏼
