I paid the 35 pounds as usual and expected to get contacted right away. I didn't. I called their customer service and they told me that I had been sent an email (which is not true) and that they couldn't help me anymore and I had to call the government myself. You pay so they tell you to go do things yourself. And the customer service number is horrible, they don't even pay attention to you.

Scam!

Don't use their service, they don't help you with anything! You must to pay £35 and if you cancel your application they will charge £10 for admin charges. And if you don't insist with calls they never send you a refund. Don't be fooled by "Positive reviews" on their page, nothing is REAL.
If you want a National insurance number (NINO) you can apply on the government website, gov.uk. It’s free and you don't have to wait to get an appointment.

Paid £35 to get NI number

Paid £35 to get NI number, only to be told after they had received payment that because of Corvid-19 They should declare that this two weeks NINO issuance is no more applied now , they are a hoax, pay the money with two weeks promise to have the NINO and after that the answer is , our service is not valid due to Corvid-19 situation and will deduct a 10 pounds admin. Fees if you refund.
I wonder how is companies like this exist in this tough time to making money from people through untruthful ads.
