Bunch of scammers to not touch got my money back from my bank

After waiting over a month for delivery

ABSOLUTE SCAM! I've had the same experience as every other customer - money left my bank same day but the goods never arrived. The website link doesn't work (page not found), neither does the order tracking link. I have lodged an appeal for a refund with my bank to try and recover the money.

This website is a total scam like others have said I should’ve researched. If it’s too good to be true, it is.

It's a scam. Please don't order. You will regret it. I should have done my research first.

Straight up Scam!!

Fake website, I ordered this in March emailed them for a refund they said refund was successfully processed and never get my refund. We are now in May. I sent more emails. Nobody responded website not working tracking not working either.

Scam ... They will provide a tracking number and create fake updates. you will never get this in the mail.

Scam , no delivery no website available I bought through the Shop app, which is also Shopify, which is sad they can’t screen their sellers before available to consumers be weary to trust had to go through my original purchase to pursuit some kind of backup refund

I ordered a tv from this company ninopix. When I 1st ordered everything was working fine and then when I went to check, the web page was gone. “Something must be wrong” is the msg.i received. They are a complete scam. DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM

Don't use this company its a total scam ordered an item in April which has never been delivered. Tried to contact them via email and the email dosnt exist.

Total scam. I ordered screen extenders for my laptop and after a month of waiting and checking the delivery status on the email confirming despatch, suddenly, the tracking system disappeared and no one responded to my emails.DO NOT BUY FROM THIS FIRM!!!!

I ordered on 4-18 and still nothing. I emails 3 times and finally they replied. They said it was stuck at customer and had to send a picture id or passport. I don’t feel comfortable doing that so i asked to cancel and get refunded. I also disputed it with my card. I regret not doing my research firsts.

Ordered a TV screen from Ninopix over 5 weeks ago.
Nothing g received.
At first the tracking link worked, now it is invalid. It's clearly a scam.
I will be reporting to the bank and Action Fraud.
DO NOT BUY FROM THESE PEOPLE.

its been 6 weeks since I stupidly ordered a Tv for 49.99, betwwen themselves and they logistics company "launchmovers" they have a sweet setup going that genuinely looks great. dont get fooled like i did....

Ordered a month ago and nothing has come, I've now been unable to track the order......summary SCAM!

This is a scam ! Nino pix & the carrier launch movers they use for shipping is all a scam . Product will never be received . Tracking number cannot be tracked in real time & everybody tracking information has the same delay messages . Say they will issue a refund but it was never received ! DO NOT ORDER ! Instagram is allowing them to steal from clients by not taking down the page when it’s being reported for scams & fraud !

Ordered over a month ago and still nothing has arrived. Their courier app keeps coming up with delays.
