Bad communication.
Requested a withdrawal after 10 days, nothing happened. I then messaged my account manager to cancel the miners and receive a refund. My account was suspended….. like everyone else’s by the looks of it on the reviews.
I sent everything to my account manager and compliance, no reply. Account manager said it might take 1-2 weeks.
Disappointing....
