I started buying these cocktails for gifts after receiving a set for Christmas 24. I'm now hooked I look forward to my cocktails each weekend and love adding ones I havent tried each month. The reward points along with offers mean that I can now get these most months

Great tasting cocktails, in a great single serve. Love having a few in the fridge!

I was told by the Nio chat help line that delivery would be attempted 3 times before return to Nio (I do not have a safe space). In the event my parcel was left by EVRI behind my rubbish bin which is accessible to passersby in an area which is prone to theft. I would have been at home on delivery days 3 and 4 as outlined by the delivery options but EVRI delivered on day 2. Additionally I understood that that a message would be sent to me on the morning of the delivery informing me of a delivery slot. Instead I got a message in the eve just before the actual delivery. The delivery process was therefore chaotic at every turn making it impossible for me to plan being at home for the receipt of the parcel.

Nice cocktails
Unfortunately the red magazine subscription is digital and the QR code is on the box for the cocktails…Nio staff initially didn’t know how I could access the subscription when I emailed but eventually they informed me of the QR code but by that time the box was long gone. There is no mention of the subscription in any email correspondence from Nio so this needs to be addressed really.

Ordering and delivery very good. Cocktails were bought as a present for my daughter , so I've not tried them.Sge has said she's had 2 of them and they were very nicem

Sent as a treat many times, to extended family. Always received in great condition and throughly enjoyed.

Lovely selection of cocktails, so nice to relax in garden on a summers evening with a couple of drinks..

I had a winter cocktail selection as a gift from a family member last Christmas. It has taken me this long (July) to drink them all (must drink faster). They were all delicious - surprisingly so - and each box/sachet provides a good amount of cocktail. I would recommend as a gift idea or for yourself. I’m about to order more for myself now :-)

No received in promised time and it was intended as a gift. So thoroughly disappointed

Evri struggled to find my parents new build house - but Alex at NIO kept on the case. My Dad loved his cocktails when they did arrive - it was his second batch. He is now a convert!

A surprise Birthday celebration, quite divine as we make cocktails.
A great idea, suited our mood.

Easy ordering, quick deliver and I was kept up to date of delivery status. Only complaint was that the parcel was left on my doorstep in full view of anyone passing my house.
Can’t say what the cocktails taste like yet as taking them on holiday with me in a few weeks.

Bought this as a gift fir for my son in law for his birthday.
I have bought these before & was pleasantly surprised how good they were.
I will definitely use them again

What can I say? As ever the best customer service. The best products. The freshest ingredients. The tastiest cocktails. Others genuinely don't even come close.
