Don't stick well

These patches(21mg) are stronger than others at 24mg......however they simply don't stick well...especially the corners which fold back on themselves. At 2 quid a patch they could do with sorting it out....i don't want to go looking for large medical plasters every time I use a patch.

NIQUITIN does not adhere well to skin…

This brand does not adhere well to skin wherever you place it on your body. I brought this to their attention. The response was apply a new patch. They cost a fortune! I have normal skin and not hairy. They should stick. I used surgical tape to keep patch on. They told me not to do that as it reduces patch effectiveness. I never had this issue with Nicotinelle. Don't waste your money or chance of quitting smoking. Use a different brand than Niquitin

Absolute garbage

These patches do not stick. Even if you take them down with separate tape. Do not buy these. Get them from a different company.

Honestly atrocious.

Shht

Shht. Wrote this 3 times and site crashes, that's obviously trust pilot not your fault but same scenario, everything's gone shht. You're packaging is like everybody else's, shht. Are we having some kind of packaging pandemic? Lids have gone shht. Food wrappers have gone shht. The wrapper to you're product is.. yep.. shht. Half the box has been torn apart tryna to follow your instructions to open, expiry date peeled off, info on cover peeled off as there's enough sticky on the wrapper to hold an aeroplane to a garden fence. Absolutely overboard like every other product on the market at the minute. What a time to be alive when common sense doesn't exist anymore but everybody knows everything. Woohoo. Just ignore this and enjoy your day because no one else will care, you probably don't, and I certainly don't, it's the world we live in we gotta own it like the bunch of slow idiots we've become 🙌 woohoo. I love to fight to get into my products anyway, why wouldn't I? Course I want a stressful time just trying to open a box, who wouldn't?

Problems with them sticking and staying on

I purchased several packs of Niquitin Step 2 patches and had problems with them sticking and staying on.
I contacted customer services and they were shocking asked loads of questions that were nothing to do with my complaint which I answered and have not heard a thing since.
Just don't want to know and haven't replied in over 3 weeks. Rude.

Waste of money

Dont stick and are super irritating causing excessive itching whilst using and upto 24 hours after.

Best alternative that actually stick and actually stop craving are the nicotinell 24hr patches

Plastic is too hard and not sticking

As stated in previous reviews the plastic is too hard doesn’t stick properly and falls off! They are quite expensive so I used transpore tape to tape to my arm. Not ideal but works and stays on all day and night now. They have definitely helped quitting though I’m at the end of my first week I haven’t actually wanted or needed to smoke so they do work for me. Just sort out that plastic and stickiness!

Patches are a complete rip off

Patches are a complete rip off. Surely their testing would have found that firstly, the edges don’t stick and secondly, due to this they fall off within an hour. Seriously overpriced junk and they should be ashamed to be taking advantage of people trying to quit smoking.
