Though there was a lot of delay and confusion with the delivery agency of Nirbani who did not deliver the kurta, I am glad Team Nirbani did a good job by redesigning the kurta once again and dispatched it to me. The kurta has come out really good with the intricate embroidery work. I am happy with the resolution and the good efforts by them in ensuring the delivery of my product.

Recently came across this site and I am quite satisfied with the quality and fitting. Really good products. All are wonderful including fabric quality I was liking their silk collection specifically fawn kaftan set but doubtful if they use good fabrics or not , but it turned beautifully embroidered

Absolutely dishonest and untrustworthy—total scam, so stay far away. This was the worst experience ever; they took money and disappeared, pure fraud. Completely unprofessional and misleading, they only care about taking your money. Fake promises, no service, and I felt completely cheated. Save yourself the trouble—this is a scam operation. Totally unreliable, full of lies and excuses with no results. I regret trusting them and learned the hard way—avoid at all costs.

I am truly impressed with this brand , the brand consistently delivers outstanding quality, thoughtful designs and exceptional attention to detail. From packing to product delivery , everything seems professional.

what stands out the most is material feels premium, the craftsmanship is remarkable and the overall experience exceeds expectations. its clear that a lot of passion and dedication goes into every product.

I high recommend nirbani to anyone looking for pakistani suits in affordable range , elegance and superior quality.

This website is one of the most fraud websites I’ve ever come across.
Firstly they take months to deliver your order
Secondly what you receive is not what’s shown on their website..
Thirdly the whole team has no manners to talk, I spoke to 2 of them and they have no manners what so ever. They were both rude and uncooperative.
Fourth they promise and then disappear and then say we didn’t promise.
Fifth the quality of the product is very poor.
Guys I would request each one of you to be very careful and urge you’ll not to waste your money buying from them.

I saw a picture of it and I liked it..
I spoke to one of your employees madhurama the day I received the order and she promised me to send me the dupatta and she even apologized to have sent a plain one instead of the one shown on the website and she also apologised for the rude behaviour of the girl I was chatting with earlier.
And now you are telling me that it takes you 2 months to send a dupatta..
Now if that’s not carelessness then what is??????
You are not even getting madhurama to talk to me so that she can tell the whole truth.
She also said mam we will change the suit for you if you don’t like it.. these were her words.
You first talk to your employees before ranting it out at your customers…
And my intention was never to return what I ordered, but this unethical and laid back kind of behaviour from your team got me so bugged that I don’t feel like wearing that piece of cloth anymore.

Collections mind-blowing. Fall of fabrics, embroidery.. love it ❤️ I personally liked fabric and design of ice mauve , Meryl, ocean blue suit set. Can't express but premium designs with clean embroidery.

Worst clothing company. Rude behavior by the staff or the lady who manages the Whatsapp and the email. The audacity she has after taking my money and not sending my kurta set even after 4 months and asking me to mind my words when I said to her that their service is pathetic and disappointing. I never knew vendors can ask customers to mind their language when all I demanded was as to when I will receive my order. They had all answers saying weather is bad and then that the courier agency is holding my package and I am thinking it's still with the courier agency and Nirbani Staff is happily sitting over it. Worst clothing company. I am sure all those 5 star reviews that's showing against their company is from their own inner circle and not real customers. Dear Ladies beware of this company . When you give them the orders it's all rosy and then it becomes shady. And they cunningly changed their whatsapp Number. When I confronted on their number asking why they didn't reply or pick my call on their old number, (apparently they have multiple numbers which are not divulged to the customers just incase we end up calling them to ask for our products ), she has the audacity to question me ' Who said you can call on that number, it's only whatsapp, so I said then how couldn't you reply to all those multiple messages that I left for an update, all I could get as a reply was the same " Text on Monday " the same answer which they have been giving since 4 months and it just goes on. They have no accountability at all. We'll I am using the words again Pathetic and disappointing service by Nirbani.

I didn’t know I had to double check the validity of these brands with so many followers and showcasing beautiful clothes, but on hindsight I should have coz I am shocked to see the online complaints for this brand. And I have also experienced the same - non delivery of clothes, bad and rude customer service, I’ve had to repeatedly follow up with them and the one suit out of 3 that did get delivered wasn’t up to the quality as showcased in the pics.
Will obviously never shop from here and it seems like it’s a fraudulent company.

I have never experienced such a bad vendor - they are a scam who robs people of money . O ordered clothes which never got delivered There is a lady on WhatsApp who will randomly reply saying It’s on way And then no responses How do such people even survive a business?
Have written to Instagram and Facebook about my experience and Hope they ban such outlets from further scamming clients

They are running a SCAM.
Ordered a suit from the last year and never got its delivery. They are a bunch of frauds trying to take our money.

They took money and never delivered my order. When asked over WhatsApp number about the order, the lady was super rude and weird. Its a fraud site

Such a bad quality received, didn't read the reviews. I received the product after putting a complaint with customer care and with consumer court. And it was a complete different product with cheap material and completely different embroidery and design. Very cheap , never order form this website.

Loved the outfit. You get what you see. Beautiful soft fabric. Have enjoyed wearing it.

Please don’t purchase from Nirbani. She is completely fraudulent and very unprofessional. She even edited my email ID. When I asked about my parcel, she abused me. Look how smartly she replied under reviews and called them fake. We are genuine customers who have faced this fraud. I have taken legal action, and I request everyone to file a complaint against her.
