The blanket is great for its intended purpose but I have ranked this blanket poorly because the engineering is absolutely horrible. The tubes are nearly impossible to get back in the blanket cover and get things equally distributed to use after washing. Putting it back together is enough to reduce a grown adult to tears. A normal stitched single peice with a duvet like cover is far preferred. Sometimes reinventing the wheel isn't necessary.

Do not expect a refund quickly. I returned the blanket February 13 and still awaiting on refund. I have texted and emailed multiple times with no response. Consider ordering from a different company.

Really happy with the blanket and it shipped well I wish they were larger to accommodate for an active sleeper adult

I bought the 15 lb blanket since that was recommended for my weight but it’s not heavy enough and could have gone for a 25 lb.

The blanket arrived and it was fine. It seemed pretty well made. I slept with it for a few nights, but didn't sleep any better (in fact, I thought I slept a bit worse). It wasn't a hot blanket, which I was happy for. No big deal - these blankets aren't for everyone, and their return policy said if you returned it within 30 days, they'd issue a full refund. I mailed it back (after a bit of trouble getting a return label) and it arrived back at their center easily within the 30 days. I've been waiting for my refund for nearly 3 MONTHS. I've emailed numerous times, and they've reassured me it's coming. But c'mon - it shouldn't take this long.

It came fast and was as it was described on the website. I wasn't expecting the weight of it even though I understood it was going to be 25lb. This was recommended for a couple and it does work. But man it's heavy. We are still struggling to roll over during the night as it points you down! Can't leave the 3lb chihuahua under the blanket, it would squash her flat!

The customer service experience with Nirvana was absolutely terrible. I purchased the blanket and decided to return it. The blanket was returned on January 28, 2020, and it is now March 12, 2020, and I have STILL not received my refund. I STILL do not have a timeframe of when I can expect my refund. I was told a general 30-60 day timeframe for the refund. It has definitely been over 30 days. The burden to follow up has always been on me... I have had to take initiative and steps to follow up with them. Very poor customer service. They do not have a phone number for you to call, it is just an email. It’s been so terrible, I have had to get visa involved. I will not order from Nirvana again. If you are on the fence for this product, and do NOT take comfort in their 30-day money back guarantee.... that has not been my experience at all. It’s crazy how quickly they take your money, but take so long to refund you... who knows if I will get a refund. I do not recommend nirvana customer service.
