Excellent, professional sports massage session

Booked for a 1 hour session as training for an ultra. Located in a purpose built external building in the garden, convenient free parking outside and not far from an Overground Station at South Oxhey. Came recommended to me as my regular therapist has relocated. Very professional service, yet friendly. Range of techniques on offer and obviously very experienced. Excellent deep tissue massage (which was badly needed), very relaxing atmosphere and incredible value for money. Will book a follow up after the ultra and see this becoming my new regular therapist. Very highly recommended!
