Excellent service - again
To put it simply: they deal with Nissan, so they were able to get the parts I needed for my wife's Qashqai. This isn't the first time I've used their service and it won't be the last. I am an international customer, and it's good to know I can access a reliable and trustworthy supplier in the UK when I need to. Their customer service has been excellent and they reply promptly to emails. Of course, the timezone difference works in my favour when communicating with them.

Saved plenty of time and money
My mechanic in Australia quoted AU$1050 for a part from his supplier that would take 8+weeks from Japan to arrive. You guys had it in stock, doublechecked it was correct for the VIN and I received it in 10 days for half the price.

Never got the spare I wanted
stock was available when I ordered. No update for over two weeks and when I followed up they said it'll take a week to procure and after a week again they said there will be more delay and finally had to cancel and get refund. Wasted a lot of time waiting for the product which I never received.
