Edin K. this guy was great. i have had an issue i have not been able to get solved by many others but he stuck around and helped me solve my issue. it was quite the long journey but the guy got it solved. super fantastic job at staying with me and understanding what i was talking about. i dont know anyone else who uses these kinds of services but i would highly recommend him for/to anyone else. thanks again. a++
I experienced an issue that would have locked me from continuing the story, the support agent that helped me - Edin K. - was very helpful and he helped me through the process of essentially saving 20+ hours of playtime.
They have a large selection of games you can host, and many datacenters so you can get the server near you. I just had a positive support experience with Sergio Sandoval who got my server past a hiccup and back up fast so we can enjoy our Icarus gaming this weekend.

The auto renew feature was not selected on my server, my server auto renewed, I reached out to tech asap and was abruptly told not eligible for a refund, when I pushed back the I was told they would block my acc and "this is not a negotiation"
I made a review on here, a higher up reached out and said they would offer a 1 time refund as an exception and
"could you please update your review"
I have been refund $5 of my $95 refund and when I questions it they advised me they have reversed their decision
This "company" is a joke, customer service is worse than speaking to a brick wall, I suggest this "company ai searches what "empathy", "integrity" , and "professionalism" means and maybe take some notes,
I am sick going back and forth, lied to, and flat out refused a resolution
I just want my funds to be refunds as I was advised

i had an issue and was told by my buddies to make a ticket with nitrado and theyll help you. they did exactly that. gave me a step by step on how to fix my issue and then told me what to do after. absolutely amazing service by nitrado. if i could give more than 5 stars i would.
Ali Abadallan helped me get a refund on a subscription I purchased accidentally. They got straight to the point and had it cancelled and provided me with information on the refund within the minute. Very fast and effective work from Ali!

We run multiple servers for ark. you can't tell which server when the dashboard loads up. You have to go to settings and scroll down to find the server name. This makes it harder to identify multiple servers and promotes mistakes in settings, particularly if you want different settings for different servers. This is exactly what happens when companies are trying to deliver the minimum service for the most money, instead of trying to deliver the best experience for the money being paid. I guarantee that any web interface testing is the bare minimum. Worse is the simple fact that EVERY TIME I play, I frequently(four to ten times per session)de-sync and have to log off and back on. Nitrado, to get three stars, all you have to do is what you say you'll do to give me the experience I expect. You don't, so you do not even get a passing grade. That is a minimum effort company for you. The biggest thing in your favor is just your near monopoly on Ark servers.Edit 04082026: finally had time to try to get someone on customer service. It is hard to find words to describe how disappointed it is that chat or email are the only options for customer support. Email is literally the most inefficient way to do support like this. Chat is right behind it and sucks also. Wait times of 22 to 30 minutes are not acceptable. Ok, in the end they did solve my problem even though the wait time was Lobby and I had to do it by chat. So the bare minimum effort gets you a passing grade of three stars.
