This is a little mixed, first while Alvin was helpful the solution was a default incorrect action. I am a retired IT professional and while I know you get thoughts and opinions from users. I clearly expressed where the issue was occurring that seemed to have been dismissed,

I am a first time user, while I consider myself a little tech savvy trying to figure out this server stuff made me feel technologically challenged. I am very happy with Nitrado! Purchasing was super easy, was able to find the server in the game, needed help to get the password for the server but Customer Service Fin (which is actually an AI) was very helpful, I did not even know I was talking to an AI! At first tried a different server provider and while customizing the server name and password was easier (allowed during purchase phase) there was no customer support and couldn't locate on the game itself. I would 1000% recommend using Nitrado to anyone who wants to rent a server!
A responsive and efficient service, I asked for a relocation of my server, done within the hour without superfluous exchanges, a pleasure. Thank you Ailssa!

Sergio helped out greatly where the AI support could not, providing temporary access to save backup files.

The support helped me in great detail how to operate my admin servers it helped a lot
Nitrado is trying to kill Ark Survival Evolved. And you can probably include Snail Games in that sentence. You can no longer ban a player through the Nitrado web interface. I have spent the past two days talking to several of their people on support desk only to get your basic "we're sorry for your loss" explaination.
