Pros:
Extremely efficient with Minecraft servers
Super quick support (Had my issue resolved in 10 minutes that other server hosts would of taken 2 days to finish)
Cheap and cost effective servers
Amazing promo offers including ones that give you 30% off until you cancel
Cons
Can only have one game installed
Have to cancel and buy another server for a different game
Refund specifically if their servers are to blame
Still uses TCAdmin for any games other than Minecraft - Not a great server panel, terrible for new server customers

Service terminated without chance to intervene...
Received two emails within two minutes of each other stating that the payment had failed. Now this would have been fine if:
1. The first one (at 00:03 - when most normal people like myself sleep) had stated that the service would be terminated - erasing all of my files and hours of work.
2. The second email (at 00:05 - again when human beings tend to sleep) had not have been sent at such a ridiculous time leaving me unable to intervene.
Because of this, I will never recommend your absolutely terrible service to anyone, nor will I ever be back. This experience only goes to show how your main focus is money and quite possibly the furthest thing from customer service which is beyond despicable.

Hi Ryan,
We're unsure why you only recieved the final overdue notices but we have a set emailing schedule when it comes to invoicing and following up with several overdue notices should the service not be renewed on time, which your service was not.
1. Invoices are generated 14 days before the next date giving you plenty of time to choose to renew or cancel. Once an invoice is generated an email is sent to you informing you of this.
2. The day before the service renewal is due we send out another email reminding you of this to avoid your service being suspended.
3. Should the service not be renewed on the renewal date the service is then suspended for 7 days. During this time you'll be sent a past due notice every day up till the 7th day (during which time you also won't be able to access your service with us, but nothing is deleted or changed).
4. Should you fail to renew the service 7 days past the renewal date the service will automatically be terminated and the invoice marked as cancelled preventing the service from being renewed. In the instance of this being a Minecraft server and you had created a backup within our backup manager, you'll automatically be emailed a private download link to download the last backup you had made which is normally kept for 30 days.

My host have been very supportive in the recent years I have been with them, I come and go due to fininacal problems and stuff but I always come back to a realiable peice of hardware and realiable software to help me with my everyday business.
in providing best no lag service and quailty work.
I would recommend anyone for this service if you're starting out for the first time.
I did have some con's and pro's with some of the services they have provided but that is normal and you get bugs and glitches with there own software from time to time but the support are friendly and supportive and is awesome and they know exactly the problem 98% of the time they also go out of there way to improve your gaming/ server experience without you needing to strip each file.

Im always coming back to Nitrous Networks if i need a server. I had 2 encounters with the support. Got an amazing fast answer and help in less then 2 hours both times. Couldnt recommend anyone else

The support is fantastic I rented an MC server that lacked a mod and they had added the same day with no hassle.
