Ordered my sofa 12th June, I am expecting a baby and I'm getting really stressed out because I have not received one email regarding the delivery of my order. I have spoke to someone on the chat, but have since struggled to get any reply. He keeps saying feruco the courier service will be in touch in a few days - still nobody has contacted me. I have no idea what's going on. Have no sofa and out of pocket. All my messages which request something in writing regarding the sofa and my order are read and ignored. Really not sure what to do- luckily I have paid using PayPal and I'm hoping that they will be able to help me get my money back.

Do your research before ordering with Niture.
Ordered two sofas in December to arrive before Christmas, which they did. However, the back cushions are already collapsing and I'm trying to get a refund but after sending endless emails (and only getting a reply when I mentioned trading standards) I've been told there is nothing wrong with them. Nice enough sofas, if poor quality, but shocking communication. I now have to pursue this through the small claims court. Sadly can't reccomend to anyone.

The sofas were delivered and then put together very quickly and efficiently by very polite delivery men (D13M93) and all packaging was taken away.

After having a negative experience in trying to contact Niture regarding a fault with my furniture cover, I previously gave them one star and a bad review. They have since contacted me and apologised explaining that it was a fault with their software system which has now been replaced. Also, my complaint has now been satisfactorily resolved. Very good customer service.

Continuously Ignored
Placed order, confirmation received, chased after 3 weeks, no reply to emails, impossible to get through my phone. Chased at 4 weeks same issue. Live chat advised I was online to an agent but no one corresponded, again no response to email with transcript.
Seems like a nice genuine small company. Glitch with customer service emails, but everything resolved now.
Update: since leaving original review below I received a phone call apologising, they have installed a new customer services platform which wasn't working, so apparently they had replied, but I hadn't received it. The person I spoke to was very helpful and everything is now resolved (there was a problem with my order, I was offered a full refund, just waiting for funds to clear). After speaking to someone Niture seems like a very nice and genuine company. Changed rating from a 1 to a 4.

I bought an expensive piece of furniture 9 days ago and haven't heard anything since. I've emailed and left voice mails but heard nothing back. Getting increasingly concerned. If there's a problem with the order then I could buy the item elsewhere but I need Niture to refund me first. So I need Niture to respond to to my messages, to tell me if there's a problem with the order or not, and refund me - not just take my money and ignore me!

Ordered 4 items from website , delay firstly in getting back to me with a delivery date. Eventually confirmed one then didn’t show up as driver had ‘lost’ the furniture. 2nd attempt made, only 2 items arrived. No one from their company is ringing me back after I have called asking what’s going on. Terrible service. Have asked for a refund. Call centre staff promised to let me know what’s happening yet both times have failed to either ring me or email me. Courier service not responding to my texts. Will never buy from here again.

I ordered bed linen. Realising that I had ordered the wrong size, I contacted customer service. They were super helpful and polite, changing my order with ease. I will definitely shop at Niture again. Also, gorgeous bed linen too.

Be aware there is an issue with receiving emails from Niture if you have provided them with an @btinternet.com email address! This means you do not receive automated receipts and invoices from them or responses from their Customer Service team. I had this issue and it took a phone call and an @gmail.com email address to resolve the state of the order. In the end I was give a full refund.

Updated: wonderful customer service went out their way to get in contact and ensure my order was sorted after some items damaged upon delivery.. not their fault!! I absolutely Love the cabinets/ sturdy & good quality and look really good. I will definitely buy again from here !

Searching online for outdoor furniture I came across Niture and was surprised at the range of products on offer. I made contact with the customer service to check available stock any expected delivery problems, they were so friendly and helpful. Product arrived as promised, well packaged and perfect condition. Highly recommended will shop again.

I was worried my order wouldn't arrive before Xmas. I was kept up dated and they returned all my calls. I'm glad to say our table did arrive in time and we are very pleased with it. I would order from them again.
