6 months for a quartz swap out, Amber was great keeping me informed but thats it.

Ordered watch and have been waiting for 25 days without any update in shipping

The support back of house & administration staff is really switched-on, very good feedback systems.

Avoid this company – ignores cancellations and ships anyway!
I am beyond frustrated with my experience. I explicitly requested to cancel my order well before it was processed, received no response from their "support" team, and then they had the nerve to ship the watch anyway.
A serious company respects its customers' decisions and monitors their inbox. Shipping an item after a clear cancellation request is a shady tactic to force a sale. It feels more like a scam than a legitimate business. I’m now stuck fighting for a refund and a return label. Save your money and buy from a reputable dealer instead. This company is a joke!!

I tried to cancel my order because of their late delivery estimates, but they completely ignored my messages. They wait days to reply OR DONT EVEN BOTHER TO REPLY. It feels like they intentionally delay responding to force the sale through. Terrible communication and even worse service. Save your money!

Rather Disappointed in Nivada Grenchen as I thought being an independent watch company they would be different to the big brands.

However they are just the same, I tried to order a Antarctic Erotic when the count down timer made the watch available...
Turns out all watches were pre-sold and within 1 second all watches were sold out from Salmon, eggshell and brown dial...
Which means this was just an advertising stunt to get normal people/ punters/ working class on the website to purchase another watch not the ones they had made a big count down clock for.
I expect this from the likes of Rolex and Omega etc as a publicity stunt but not an affordable luxury independent watch brand for the people.
As it was going to be my first luxury watch purchase and to celebrate all my time in service in the Royal Australian Navy as an Aviation Engineer.
I thought I small piece of art and engineering which is functional.

Is a nice way to remind you of your achievements and accomplishments whilst appreciating the passion and joy of watches.

Weeks of delays in shipping - with no solution in sight. We finally just asked for a refund. The embarrassing penguin watch caused us to lose additional respect for the brand. It is a shame. The brand has a good historical reputation.

Be carefull!!! I orderd a antaric eggshell beige at the 20th of march.
It‘s fullfill payed and there is no answer about delivery or anything.

I placed an order directly through Nivada Grenchen’s website and paid via PayPal with VISA 3D Secure verification.

Shortly after payment, I was asked via email to provide a selfie holding my ID and a photo of my payment card (showing the last 4 digits). I found this request inappropriate, especially given that the transaction had already been verified through PayPal and VISA.

I declined and asked for clarification or a secure alternative, but did not receive a clear explanation. Communication was slow and largely repetitive.

I then requested cancellation of the order. This was not handled promptly, and I ultimately had to open a PayPal case to move things forward.

Only after escalation was the order cancelled and the refund processed in full.

While I did receive my money back, the overall experience raised concerns about their verification practices and customer handling.

I created an order for a Super Antarctic 3 6 9 on Feb 14th 2026. They did communicate a little when I enquired about what was going on. Today is March 26, 2026 and still no watch. Last communication I received said it would be sent out first week of April and received mid April.

I have several watches, and my experience as a buyer from this company has been awful. Out of the many name brand and micro-brand watches I have purchased, this has by far been the slowest except for a few pre orders. Even watches bought off gray market coming from other countries made it to my house in a couple weeks.

There is just no real reason I can see for their lack of expediency. We expect more from these businesses charging this kind of money. My Aragon watch I ordered 2 days ago is arriving today. I was seriously considering another color of Super Antarctic... but this has totally changed my mind. I will not order another watch from them with this kind of delay. Sad, because I was really excited about their products...

I purchased a Nivada Grenchen Antarctic Glacier watch, which stopped working after only a few uses. I filed an official complaint with the company, explaining that the watch only runs for 3–4 hours and the crown cannot be wound properly.

Despite providing all the details and requesting repair, replacement, or refund, the company has not responded in any way. As a watch collector, I know this is a clear mechanical defect, yet there has been zero customer support or acknowledgment.

Extremely disappointed with the lack of professionalism and response. I cannot recommend this company based on my experience.

Watch came well packed although I was in another country and just got back, the watch is a beautiful gorgeous piece. Could stare at that lapis lazuli dial all day

I placed my order on 2/12. You charged my card and I got an order confirmation and no other information regarding an estimated ship date or anything. My order is 14305. I sent multiple messages through my account page on your website asking for an update or anything. I eventually asked for a refund if you could not get me an update. Nothing, total silence, no response at all. It's three weeks since the order was placed and it just shows as "unfulfilled" with no other updates. I am very disappointed. Please give me an update.

Happy with purchase. However, watch wears smaller on wrist (even w/ the small dimensions)
