I ordered the mineral drops from Nivie…
I ordered the mineral drops from Nivie and received the sun protection drops. I notified the company that they had sent me the wrong product and their response was a mindblower. They told me that I received the mineral drops that I ordered just in different packaging so they could save money and there was no need for me to return it that I could have total confidence in what I had received. Looking at the label on the back of the bottle which was written so tiny, I actually had to take a picture of it and blow the picture up. It’s just basic vitamins so no I did not get the minerals that I ordered.
I requested a return label and the shipment of the correct product and their reply was “not to worry, I actually got the right product. They just put it in different packaging to save money.” I then ask them if they actually thought I was going to believe that and if that’s what they were doing that it was illegal. They then replied that “I could give the wrong product to someone else and they would send me a 50% refund.” To which I said no, it was 100% your error. It should be 100% your responsibility. They finally agreed to give me a 100% refund, but I have not seen it or any proof that it has been issued so I’m pretty sure it will never get returned to my bank account. So, do not believe the BS reply below. It is a pack of lies.

I really really enjoyed the product because I've been deficient in minerals and I didn't even know about this until I saw them on Facebook and I figured out that I'm deficient in minerals that's why my skin was looking so pale and I had low energy so I'm super super happy
