The clock arrived in perfect condition, beautifully and carefully packaged. I was impressed. The clock itself is stunning. After leaving to acclimate for a few hours it fired up perfectly and it was easy to set the time. I love it!

The team is doing a great work. Sent me the purchased item without any trouble. Understandably because of the war it took a bit longer than usual to arrive, since the fastest way to ship to me would be through russia, but thats obviously not an option. But he sent me everything i needed to track the shipment. When one of the tubes stopped working he also sent me a replacement very fast, no questions asked. And he keeps providing support to all of my questions about different functions. And the product itself is impecable. I am very happy with the purchase as well as the service provided

When I started my electronics studies in 1975, laboratory equipment with a digital readout was something new and exciting. The technology used vacuum tubes and I thought it was cool. Imagine my nostalgic elation when my son and his wife gave me a Nixie clock from this company for Christmas. It is gorgeous and immediately got a place of honour in my study. It is a very well finished product, looks great and works flawlessly. This is all the more admirable given the origin: a country that has been in a devastating war since 4 years. So go ahead, don't hesitate: get one of these wonderful clocks right now!

My wife gifted me an In-12 Nixie clock for Christmas. The clock itself is of amazing quality and build and has tons of customization options, that exceed all expectations. I'll state that my title of this review is exactly how this clock is , from the packaging to the actual clock.

I've seen many Nixie tube clocks ranging from mild to wild ,

I frequently visit the Nixieshop web page , reading about and browsing the different styles of Nixie clocks , watching reviews and reading articles about them.

I decided to take the plunge and buy one of the Nixieshop clocks , it didn't disappoint!

The build quality is outstanding, I mean even turned off it's a work of art , I went with a clear top so I can peer into the case and look at all the little intricate parts , Petro the company owner is as amazing as his clocks , his customer service matching, he is very honest and despite the constant threat that hangs over the Ukrainian people, he has made an absolute stunning clock no corners cut.
The clock it's self is incredible , loads of features, anti cathode poisoning, date, alarm , RGB under lights, 12h/24h modes , motion sensor.
Settings to change or adjust various parameters.
It can be done easily via the clock or the supplied remote.
Instructions cover everything plus it's easy to understand.
The packaging is really impressive too , looks very smart , it's all very secure with well thought out padding, a power adapter plus extension cable are all included along with the mentioned remote.

I ordered some extra bulbs but two neon indicators were included too.

I really can't think of any reason to not buy one of the clocks from the Nixieshop, postage was really fast from Ukraine via Poland (Nova post) which then becomes DPD in the UK.
Whole delivery was trackable right till the door.

Really happy with everything!

Definitely expensive, but it gives a retro and clean touch to the environment in which it is placed.

I'm so happy I spent the extra money to buy this from Ukraine instead of a nameless Amazon drop-shipper. The packaging is well-done. The craftsmanship is impeccable. And, of course, it works. It truly adds character to any space. The motion sensor is a smart addition -- it uses radar, not infrared, which is also a bonus. A fantastic gift for oneself or someone else.

I purchased a clock 2 years ago. I come back here just to say that it still works great after being turned on every day.

One of the tubes was leaking a bit and lost its light after a few months, and they sent a replacement for 0 cost as it was covered by warranty. No problem since.

A point that I really like is that it has an internal battery that keeps time even when electricity is cut off, and it's keeping time REALLY well. I haven't experienced any time drift in 2 years.

I received the IN-12 clock about a year ago for Christmas and absolutely FELL IN LOVE! It had become all the talk in my small apartment. Unfortunately, my dog got a little rowdy and smacked it with his tail, and two of the tubes shattered :( I quickly emailed the company and received an immediate response with an explanation of what the warranty does and does not cover and advised me of my next steps and options! Petro was very helpful, quick, and professional! I will definitely continue to support this company and make future purchases of these beautiful clocks!

Shop owner made sure to update me as soon as the package went out and made sure to tell me there may be delays due to the time of year and that it had to go through customs. Told me that if anything happened to let them know and that they would make it right. Overall the clock is gorgeous my boyfriend loves it, it’s exactly what he wanted and I’m so glad that it got here on time for Christmas as well. 10/10 all over the board
