Please, please do not buy from this company. Ironically I checked the Trustpilot scoring 4.2 stars prior to placing an on line order for drain rods and disposable gloves on the 22/05/26. I received an immediate confirmation of order and delivery 3/5 working days. It is now the 3/06/26 and I have not received my goods. I have emailed but received no reply, furthermore the telephone number given is a recorded service. I believe this company is no longer in operation.

I was shown around the warehouse which allowed me to see what was available from stock and put my hands on what I was buying. Pricing was competitive to industry standards and information was readily available. The staff were approachable and knowledgeable about what they do.

Very good service over the phone and in the shop. Staff are knowledgeable about products and offer really good prices. Local branch is on the same estate so very handy just to pop and collect as they have a good range of products
