My experience was extremely poor

My experience was extremely poor. It took an entire month to resolve a claim for a vehicle that was a total loss. The rep had severely poor communication. She never followed up, returned any of my calls, or put any real effort into assisting me with resolving the problem. After several other NJM representatives suggested that I escalate my complaint to management I decided to speak Cassandra’s supervisor. I kept a documented list of all the issues I encountered including complaints about Cassandra’s lack of communication from the vendor that picked up the vehicle for the appraisal. Her lack of responsiveness caused the appraisal company to place the appraisal on hold for several weeks. Overall the process was very difficult and disappointing. I can only hope I never need to file another claim after such a poor experience.
