Misleading and waste of time, when I asked are you a solicitor, he said we are a solicitor firm. It doesn't mean if anyone works at a solicitor's firm they are a solicitor
Rubbish , very poor communication and customer service. They didn't want to anything and expect me to do all the work. Bunch of charlatans saying my case had no merit, it was cause I was speaking to a call centre person who is untrained and dosn't know the legal proceeding.

I was very nervous going into a claim against my housing association. After a fall inside their property. But ive had nothing but king and personal assurance fron my solicetor Angela Cross she was so understanding helpfull full the years of sorting out my claim and helping me understand the legal understanding of my case. Njs law are useless
Njs law are useless supposed to take on sepsis claim my wife was NOT treated for plural effusion which CAUSED SEPSIS,PNEMONIA AND UTI 4 WEEKS AFTER THE DOCTOR FAILED TO TREAT spen an hour on phone to NJS LAW told me they would look into it 30 seconds later after putting phone down email saying SORRY NO CAN DO disgusting

After reviewing the information available to us, we concluded that there were insufficient prospects of establishing breach of duty and causation to the standard required for a clinical negligence claim. As a result, we were unable to take the matter forward.
This is the decision of this firm, but you are entitled to a second opinion. If you intend to seek alternate advice, we suggest that you do so at the earliest opportunity. This is because in cases of this type, with rare exceptions, (child claimants, and those lacking capacity), you have just 3 years from the date of the alleged negligent act or 3 years from the date when you first became aware that there may be a cause of action, (date of knowledge), in which to issue proceedings at court.
We appreciate that the decision will be disappointing, particularly given the circumstances surrounding your wife’s health, and we understand how upsetting the situation has been for you and your family and we are sorry that NJS Law have been unable to assist you on this occasion.

Very quick with a decision.
