Fantastic communication and customer service from start to finish. They were prompt at booking my survey and delivered the report soon after. They were helpful to run through questions I had. Would highly reccomend.

NJS was competitively priced, they handle our request swiftly giving us an indication of the result immediately after the survey followed by a comprehensive report. The interactions we had were professional and responsive.

I required a red book valuation to help with my IHT Tax planning. Using a RICS surveyor search platform directory, I got a very wide range of quotes and also a number of hard sell email and phone calls which I did not appreciate. NJS were the most competitively priced; prompt and professional during the whole process from arranging a date and access (thanks Ruby) to check ins from Natasha. I really liked the idea to support a female owned business too. I am happy with the comprehensive report. Just what I needed and I feel it is value for money.

We were very impressed with the thoroughness of the survey undertaken on a house we very much wished to buy. The survey was extremely detailed, very clear and easy to understand. Unfortunately it made it obvious that there was a great deal of work to be undertaken, which we did not feel we could do, so we were obliged to withdraw our offer.

We have used NJS property group twice now. Level 3 surveys for two different properties. Compared to others they are cheaper and have great availability. In both instances they have been able to carry out surveys and send us reports in a relatively short amount of time, which is appreciated during a stressful time. For a Level 3 survey we would have liked it to be more thorough than it was, however it's great for highlighting big and smaller issues for us to follow up in our own time. It provides sufficient information for use when purchasing building insurance and when considering whether to negotiate price.

It's the second time I've used NJS and on both occasions I've had to chop and change things last minute, they are always flexible and super accommodating.
