Herb Ellis- a true gentlemen.
I recently needed an attorney to defend me in a rather unpleasant situation and I was lucky to select Herb Ellis as my defense. During my initial consultation, he exhibited true sympathy and understanding regarding my ordeal. His professional, yet genuine demeanor was extremely comforting and made me feel protected.
My case was ultimately dismissed but had the case gone to trial, I am very confident that the same outcome would have occurred with his expertise. Following the dismissal of my case, Herb called me back to his office to offer a refund of my retainer and let me choose the amount of the refund!!!
In closing. I would recommend Herb Ellis to anyone who needs a defense attorney without hesitation.

No surprises... Just good results
Mr Ellis was very supportive during a stressful time. He listened to my concerns and gave his professional advice. He told me what to expect and then provided that exact result . I found him to be very kind. He never rushed through our discussions and always gave me his undivided attention.

Great lawyer who cares.
Herbert Ellis is a great person and passionate lawyer. During my experience with the law, he did his best to place my mind at easy as well as helped to support me in any way that he can. He is very professional and the only lawyer that was willing to sit down with me and hear my case from my point of view and not just over the phone. At the end, Herbert brought my 12 point tickets to no points.
